Great place to feel the city at a moderate price and great service
Pros:

The hotel is exactly what you expect from a city hotel: exceptional location, cozy and comfortable rooms (after renovation), great breakfast (and very nice restaurant). there is proof bar with a small piscine that is close these days but still nice to sit there for a drink.
But the most remarkable thing is the kindness of the staff, at the reception as well as the restaurant.

Cons:

There are still some renovations going on some at some times during the day it might ba a little noisy bit nothing tremendous.

Pros:

O serviço de receção foi excelente . Realçar a simpatia do colaborador Massimo e Rui. A senhora da limpeza do quarto que estive hospedado ( 103) foi excelente.

Cons:

Pela localização do Hotel que fica numa rua estreita os quartos não tem vista e nenhuma luz natural.

Hotel con ubicación increible!
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno estilo bufete es delicioso y muy variado. La habitación es muy moderna y bien equipada. Volveremos con seguridad en nuestro próximo viaje a Madrid.

Todo genial.
Pros:

La ubicacion es genial, es la segunda vez que vamos y nos gusta mucho. El hotel esta muy limpio, nos tocó una habitacion renovada y la deco era muy chula, tipo años 20-30. El colchon muy comodo tambien. No probamos el restaurante porque ya teniamos otros planes.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, pasamos mucho calor por la noche, teniamos la calefaccion apagada y aun asi tuvimos q dormir sin pijama y sin taparnos y pasamos calor, no sabemos a que se debia. Al final abrimos una ventana de madrugada porque no podiamos pegar ojo.
