Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Pool war nicht sauber. Man hat Sachen im Wasser gesehen (kann ich nicht sagen was, aber wie wenn das Wasser nicht gefiltert wird!).
Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist an vielen Ecken angeschlagen (sieht nicht gut aus).
Das nächste Punkt ist typisch für Hotels in Madrid: Zimmerfenster ist direkt vor dem nächsten Hochhaus. Dadurch kein Sonnenlicht. Nach Reklamation haben wir ein Premiumzimmer bekommen mit mehr Tageslicht.
