Pros:

I absolutely loved the staff – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The resort itself is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the warm and cool pools, which made the experience even more relaxing.

The location is fantastic, being so close to Sun City about 5 mins drive, veerryy nice. I also got to visit attractions like the Upside Down House - which was about an hour and 30 mins, including traffic and stop and go... More importantly, also appreciated the variety of activities offered by the resort. The staff that facilitated those activities were lovely and patient.

Even though I travelled solo, I had such an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was the pillows, as I personally prefer softer, lighter ones. However, I understand this comes down to personal preference, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Other than that, I absolutely loved my stay!

It was overall an amazing stay.
Pros:

Perfect location to Sun City. Many adventures to explore especially when with kids. Relaxing. It’s serene; a perfect place to unwind.

Cons:

We didn’t get to enjoy the Boma (bonfire) because of bookings having to be done prior to experiencing them. My kids would have liked to enjoy a marshmallow braai.

Family on a break
Pros:

Its quiet and beautiful place to unwind. The surrounding is well kept and looked after. The accomodation is beautiful and very spacious.

Cons:

I called the resort a day before our arrival to check the internet availability and connection inside the accomodation.I was reassured that internet os available and therefore I need not bring my wifi router. Unfortunately for us the internet connections was unreliable the whole week, my children miss classes and some classes were cut off. It end up being a frustrating week for us instead of unwinding. If you need to do work etc, rather bring your personal router.

Pros:

I loved the rooms. The resort was absolutely beautiful. The Quad bike experience was our favourite.

Cons:

We personally didnt like that it was buffet every night and that we couldnt order anything but the buffet.
