The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, with lovely food. We did not have breakfast, but we will definitely try it next time we visit. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. One day we did not have water, but it was fixed soon after we reported it. We stayed in Chalet 3; please just check the fridge, as it did not get very cold.

Pros:

The restaurant is nice and accommodating to both adults and kids. The pool area is big and fun for the kids. There is a lot of activities to do for both young and adults

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the couch pillows cushion cover were not clean from the previous booking. We even found spit on one of the cushion and the cleaning lady just wiped it instead of changing them with clean ones. That was disappointing. I also didn’t like the idea of only having buffet for both dinner and breakfast and no option to order from the menu.

Beautiful place. Will definitely come back again. Lots of fun activities to do and friendly staff! Lovely resort.
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The rooms were clean. There are many activities to do. The Acacia restaurant breakfast buffet was to die for, very delicious food.

Cons:

As much as the room is non-self catering if guests buy food from around the place and they have leftovers a microwave should be provided for at least. If guests braai meat they should be able to heat it up if necessary.
