It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.

Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tires sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property

Was not clear when booking that the rooms I selected were not self catering. I wanted a family setup as I was travelling with kids which was imperative for me to have kitchen facilities.

Only to get there and be told its rooms without any kitchen. Even upon arrival the staff was not helpful to see that my needs were met.

The trip was not the best and the experience esp from the staff was underwhelming.

I would rather book at Sun City next time

The chalets were clean and facilities are good

Cons:

The staff clean but do not offer still water. There was no transparency regarding the breakfast when I enquire because while making the booking I booked for breakfast but when we get there everyone didn’t know about the breakfast.
