It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.

This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. The use of braai’s (barbecues) is restricted to accommodations where the facility is provided at the unit itself.

Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tires sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property

Exceptional, did not want to leave.
Pros:

Professional friendly Staff. Fascility large, well maintained. Onsite facilities for all ages to emjoy and explore.

Pros:

The courtesy of the Chef 10/10, he was friendly explained everything that he cooked thoroughly his dinner was nice the custard was a 10/10. The staff at Acacia their service is 10/10 wish they could employ some to the reception area as people working at the reception seem tired. The place has a heated pool and daily activity programme 👌

Cons:

Room 74B the WIFI didn't work throughout the stay, we reported it but it was never fixed. The facility has limited activities unlike Suncity. Breakfast wasn't that great, it's just basic English breakfast.

Pros:

The property was very clean

Cons:

I booked for a 2 bedroom chalet , and when i got there i was given 2 separate "bachelor" like apartments, the problem with that is i was travelling with with my 2 kids hence i wanted 2 bedrooms in a chalet. That was not good .
