Stayed at the Grand many times - must say it all
Pros:

Staff are lovely. location for what I do is good.

Pros:

I stayed for more than a week and hotel is total value for money, especially with sea-view room (which I took) and on top location is great - Next to walking street, Beach and the market. So all good on this aspect.

Cons:

Some ladies at the reception were not friendly, welcoming or helpful at all. But I won't generalize as few of them were quite nice.

On contrary cleaning staff is very kind and humble.

Pros:

立地、環境、シービューの部屋からの風景と屋上から眺める夜景も最高

Cons:

エアコンの掃除がされておらずカビ臭くなる｡過去３回、多かれ少なかれ気になった｡エアコンをつけてしばらくしないと匂わないのでハウスキーピングも気づいていないかも｡エアコン掃除以外は良いのに残念｡
