It was great experience, the reception and service staff was very well trained.

Rooms were nice, clean and well maintained

Breakfast was good, Indian food was available.

It is one of poorest hotel that my friends and I have stayed in, despite its high rating. I feel obliged to write this review. Myriad issues that some of my photos below show. Broken bathroom tiles full of mould, old torn towels releasing lints on use, no hand towels provided, unpainted room walls with dirt marks and nail holes, AC not working well, dirty chairs in the restaurant, old slow lift and fire detectors and lift, etc.. Besides they asked us to pay money for a wet towel that had some dirt marks that were washable. We had to wash and demonstrate it to them. While the manager was courteous, he assigned it to the closure during COVID years. Thronged by guests from India lacking civic sense. The property needs a major uphauling and refurbishment.

Hotel, Management and staff is far better than imagine… All are very cooperative specially Sooraj and give attention of any query immediately. They understand Hindi also… one thing more that Food is also very good, having Indian food veg and nonveg and served in a really good manner… property also have good space with the clean swimming pool… I wish all of them best of luck… Thanks

The staff services, including the restaurant and bellboy, were excellent. The Indian food was tasty. The location is a bit far from the city, but overall, it was a good experience.
However, Wi-Fi was very poor. Struggled a lot for internet connectivity.

The Indian dinner served for our group of 30 pax was not upto the mark. Cold Rotis was kept in big container instead of being served fresh from kitchen. Curd raita was very very sour. Dal tadka was watery, Surprisingly Mix veg was like curry, prepared to cut the cost.
Instead of using Basmati rice, Rice were sticky and in the dough form. Fruit custard was full of corn floor without milk. On complaint they provided Ice cream.
This irony is doubled when we come to know that the owner of Mind resort is an Indian, who knows the Indian food better then Thai people.
When an Indian arrives at your hotel in the persuit of finding good food, this type of food disappoints them.
On the other hand some Indian restaurants provide exceptional food to Indian groups like Veeda.

it was nice stay at Hotel Mind, Indian food available. good and big swimming pool, Big size room but only little old property so old shower and taps. Small living room and kitchen was also available. Mostly all Indian people come here for buffet lunch after coral island tour which is arranged by tour agents. Mostly families stay here in this hotel. 2 kms away from Pattaya beach so little silent area. We were late so security person arranged order of Indian food delivery online. Overall it is good hotel for Indians to stay.

As l visited in dec, I would not recommend this hotel at any cost due to maintenance of their door and beds are broken and not maintained. Most difficult part was to sleep without AC because AC wasn’t giving cooling. WiFi was also down on that floor. Basically this is not hotel where anybody like to spends night without AC and fan on vacation time.

Do not go here. Photo's on website are very old. Pool table ripped, algae on pool seat outside of room, broken closet door, algae in shower, dirty shower. Buffet breakfast is very limited and you have coofee, tea, juice in plastic cups. Seems to be an Indian stop over for coachs and there very noisey talking lound on phones in corridors late at night and playing prayer music all night in there rooms when there are signs everywhere to keep the noise down, This place is run down.

My first room had a dead phone and safe detached from the wall, so they moved me to an even bigger room. There were some light globes out, but I didn't care, given how nice the upgrade was.

The pool is great, so long as you don't look closely at the broken tiles, broken concrete, etc. Next to it are the broken sauna, broken steam room and broken pool table. Do you see a pattern here? It's really a shame, because it could otherwise be an exceptional property.

Breakfast is average. Just plain juice, toast, eggs, fruit, plus an Indian section. It's good if you want to try out Indian breakfast dishes.

Checkin very smooth.Rooms are clean .All staff very nice.. Their Restaurant meal very good. Have clean swimming pool.Its a good budget hotel .Gm of hotel Mr. Rahul very good man .Sure will come next time again.

It was a nice stay. The check in was smooth, friendly staff, good meals overall enjoy the stay.

Rooms were cleaned, everything was in room was functioning, did not have any problem so recommend this hotel

Overall you get what you pay for, barely. And certainly not what you're told you'll get on the website. All photos are old and the place has not been maintained well since they were taken. Very dissapointing indeed.

We stayed here for 10 days. Average hotel. Staff were nice, although not everyone spoke English, which made it sometimes hard to solve the problems. Hotel manager spoke good English and was very polite and made our stay good as possible.
Other hotel guests were loud, so resting in this hotel was quite impossible. Restaurant was good, breakfast ok.

The Mind Resort was a good hotel if you are looking for a clean room and basic amenities. When we checked in we had booked two double rooms for a family of five and brought a cot for one of the kids. When they saw the size of our family they immediately upgraded one of our rooms to a king bed + one twin bed so that everyone had a place to sleep. The aircon in each room was sufficient and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. For security, each room has a small safe (free of charge) and I was able to leave behind things we didn't need while we were away. The breakfast was nothing special but was adequate. They had a mix of Indian food and western foods (cereal, fried eggs, toast) and were there from 6:30 - 10. The pool was well kept and we had no issues while we were there. It is a bit of a walk from the beach (about 30 minutes), but overall a good place to relax.

A/c very bad in lot of rooms. We came as a family but had tough time.Had to change ur rooms thrice due to aircon problems..Definitely not for families.Lot of prostitutes coming in the middle of the night and knocking doors by mistake

It is a decent hotel...good rooms... service was slow though...food was terrible... swimming pool was good and the only highlight in the hotel... economically priced...good for large groups for a long stay...located little away from the beach area... travelling to city centre costs 200 bath for a taxi...good if you have to stay on a budget but there are many options as well
