Soggiorno eccellente in pieno centro con uno staff super disponibile!
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica: si trova nel pieno centro storico, proprio davanti alla basilica. La camera e il bagno erano davvero ampi, grandi e spaziosi. Un plauso speciale va ai ragazzi della reception: gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Quando abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani extra, ci sono stati portati in camera nel giro di soli 10 minuti! La sera durante il weekend si sente un po' di vivacità e rumore dalla strada data la posizione centrale, ma l'hotel ha dimostrato grande attenzione fornendoci dei tappi per le orecchie.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa, se proprio devo trovarne una, è la presenza della moquette in camera.

Gem of a hotel , 1 minute walk from the square
Pros:

Property is smack bang in the middle of the old town , walking distance from everything, 1 minute walk from the square ,

Staff are amazing and so helpful , room is big and so clean .

Restaurant connected to hotel serves beautiful food and cocktails ,

Hotel is in centre of the old town , 1 minute walk from the square and area is so safe

na pewno jeszcze do nich wrócę
Pros:

Najlepsza obsługa jaką spotkałam pani z recepcji była przesympatyczna z niczym nie było jej ciężko pomagała rozwiązać każdą kwestię. Już dawno nie spotkałam się z taką serdecznością w hotelu.

Communication before and during the stay was great. Lovely staff.
My room was huge and had everything needed. The view from my window was stunning and there was a cute little terrace on the same floor to enjoy a drink outside.

Pros:

Great location in Gadansk in the old town area.
The staff was very helpful as the room I booked thru Booking.com turned out to be so small small there was no room for the suitcases. The hotel managed to find me a much better room for little extra cost.
