The hand shower was loose. The carpet was dirty. A cockroach crawled on the bar counter when I was having a drink in the bar. The staff are polite but not attentive. I had to wait for 10 minutes

Cleanliness is good. Maintains also good. But in room number 640 bathroom door is not closing. Bucket and mug also required in bathroom . Breakfast is excellent. Remaining all the things are very good.

service was hopeless, if you complaint the authorities they also do not care about it. there reply is we will look into the matter. i will never ever stay and recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

5 of 5. Amazing place. Great service. Good prices. Easy access to the airport. In particular, I want to call out Firdoush who was amazing at breakfast service. She made sure we got to sample all the special items. Thank you! It is this sort of service that makes you want to come back.
