Pros:

Chris (front desk) customer service skills was superb. The only thing that did not meet expectations was the whirlpool hot sauna (water was lukewarm) but overall a really good experience

Don't hesitate to stay here, it's great!
Pros:

The hotel is managed very well and each employee we talked to was friendly, smiling and professional. Nice amenities, very clean and comfortable. The meals for purchase were good. We would definitely stay again.

Excellence stay and terrific manager
Pros:

The facility was clean and everything was immaculate. One person in the housekeeping department by the name of Luz was particularly helpful with our television and some technical issues. We were a bit disappointed when we found out the heater for the pool was not working. Our interactions with the manager were excellent as she offered a resolution to the problem. She was professional and responsive to our concerns. I would highly recommend this facility as our stay was excellent.
