Overall good but not for the money
Pros:

I liked the location of the property because it was close to Seaworld! The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly! My kids loved the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable! The breakfast could have been better!

It was a alright place to stay but if you like stuff clean this isn’t the place

The breakfast was great location was great

Cons:

We found dirty underwear in the couch bed the minute we opened it up asked them to come bring new bedding for it they made us put it on then I go take a shower we have no shower curtain had to wait to get a shower curtain they don’t seem to actually clean the rooms had old coffe cup stains on the window seal didn’t look vacuumed in the room. Asked for them to come fix the beds and take out trash and clean like normal and they just came and threw the sheets somewhat back over the bed didn’t empty cans bring more toilet paper or towels or vaccum.

Möbel veraltet, obwohl Küche dabei war, 1 Messer, 2 Gabeln, keine Löffel, keine Minimumausstattung, Eismaschine ging nicht.

I wasn’t expecting to pay additional $28 because that wasn’t in the booking fees she added it and said oh you’ll get it
Pros:

Everything except the additional $28 they charged me from $217 to $245

Cons:

They never refunded the additional $28 I was charged and told it was refundable and supposed to be returned after check out

The room was clean and free of any unpleasant odors. There was no noise. The bed linen was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable.
