Pros:

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer inkl.Bad war sehr sauber. Es ist klein,jedoch ist alles da was man braucht.
Klimatisiert.
Trotz der Lage zur Straße war es sehr leise.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Zu einer 10er Bewertung würde führen, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorab zu buchen. Wäre nicht gerade bei Ankunft jemand rausgefahren, hätte ich mir irgendwo in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz suchen und unser Gepäck ins Hotel tragen müssen.
Genau so erging es vier weiteren Hotelgästen.
Das führte allseits zu Unverständnis.

Pros:

Tolles und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war wirklich toll.

Modernes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter, aber der Service könnte besser sein
Pros:

Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig, es gibt ein Shoppingcenter direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Tiefgarage sieht hell und ansprechend aus, ist aber sehr eng.
Leider gibt es weder einen Kühlschrank noch einen Safe im Zimmer.
Beim Einchecken haben die beiden Personen vor uns eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung bekommen. Wir leider nicht. Außerdem hatten wir vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und haben ausgerechnet das Zimmer direkt im Eingangsbereich des Flurs bekommen, wo jeder aus dem Fahrstuhl direkt vorbei muss. Dann war auch noch der Straßenlärm zu hören, da man uns ziemlich weit unten in den Etagen untergebracht hat (3. Etage). Das Frühstück war ok, aber leider gab es keine warmen Angebote (Rührei, Speck, etc., wie es in anderen Hotels üblich ist).
Und dann hat uns der Mitarbeiter am Empfang (der uns schon keine Wasserflasche gegeben hat) auch noch die falsche Tiefgaragenkarte für die Ausfahrt ausgestellt. Zusammengenommen hat mich das alles verärgert, da wir für die Nacht mit Parkplatz 151 Euro gezahlt haben. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Pros:

Saved us from the heatwave! The facilities were food and the A/C was working well.

Cons:

It wasn’t my first time staying at Motel One but I always get disappointed when I remember that there are no kettles or refrigerators in the room. Nevertheless, the room itself was food.
