Good Value and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

This place put a smile on our faces! After a long day, we were pleased to see a bright, clean, fresh presentation with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the shower was strong, among the top ten I have experienced at a hotel, and as hot as you like. The ice machines worked, though there wasn’t a machine on the 3rd floor, only on 1st and 2nd.
The only negative was the minimal choices for breakfast and the “hot” food was only lukewarm. There were two flavors for waffles, plain and blueberry. The outside landscape could use some weeding attention and added color.

Large rooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Cons:

Pool, hot tub, washer/dryer all out of commission. Hotel waited to tell me at check in. Had to change rooms late at night due to dog in next room howling and barking. Rooms have a smell to them.

Cons:

Our room was dirty, dusty, the sink didn’t drain well. The worst part was finding the sheets on our bed were stained with blood. We didn’t discover this until we had slept under them all night. How disgusting is that? We did report it when we checked out. The clerk just nodded her head. We did take pictures of the sheet. We have always had a good experience at Comfort suites but this was disgusting and nobody seemed to care.

Definitely not the best stay
Pros:

The room was decently clean and the air was on waiting for us thank gosh.

Cons:

I paid through booking.com and was told I only needed to show my ID at check in but they wanted my credit or debit card when I got there saying booking.com doesn't share information. So I eneded up being charged twice and waited 5 days for it to drop off my bank account. There's no air conditioning in the breakfast room lobby or hallways so it was steaming. The pool was not working and I was not told at booking. The extra linens they give you for the pull out couch bed is 2 flat sheets a pillow no pillow case and a itchy wool blanket. The receptionist at time of check in didn't act like she knew much but the receptionist at check out was awesome. The breakfast was decent enough but not enough to stay again.

It sucked bad
Pros:

Nothing because the manager said the building is old, you can tell plus our damn keycard for the door didn’t work the whole time we were there , the pool and spa wasn’t open, there was a smell to the whole place, we have stayed at a lot of comfort suites and this was the worse, the remote for the tv didn’t work, it was just ridiculous ; the only thing about the whole place that we did like was the size of the room, the sheets were cheap feeling and the pillows were not comfortable at all
