Very basic hotel in need of renovation
Pros:

The location is convenient, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely basic and feels more like a low-end property than a Novotel. The rooms are old, worn and clearly in need of renovation. Cleanliness was also disappointing, and the entire hotel has a strong smell of humidity, which was particularly unpleasant. Overall, the property would seriously benefit from a major renovation and a thorough deep cleaning.

Great breakfast with a solid variety! Pleasant front desk staff.

Cons:

The common areas are well-kept, but the rooms could use some love. We had to move from the first room, which had tons of visible mold on the curtains and lots of wear and tear on the furniture. The room we moved to also had wear and tear on the furniture and other fixtures, but was cleaner.
