Pour locaux seulement, touristes fuyez !

Ces quelques heures dans l'hôtel ont été un vrai cauchemar car nous n'avons pas pu dormir !

L'hôtel avait été privatisé pour un séminaire, ils avaient oublié de couper les réservations en ligne.

Nous nous sommes donc trouvés au milieu d'un sacré bazar tard le soir et fatigués, sans chambre dans les critères demandés, sans restaurant, dans un bruit affreux... Nous avons espéré jusqu'au bout et été patients mais c'est une honte !!!

Déroulé rapide (et j'en oublie sûrement)
- pas de navette pour y aller malgré notre demande via booking de nous récupérer au ferry, alors que validée par l'hotel
- plus de chambre vue mer disponible (alors que payé plus cher pour), la réception très embêtée nous a "surclassé" dans une "suite" : sans vue et sale (cheveux dans la douche, miettes sur les meubles, sol sale...)
- pas de restaurant : transformé pour l'occasion en discothèque.
- Impossible de commander le room service qui ne comprenait pas ce que nous voulions (ne parle pas anglais et impossible de s'entendre tant il y avait de bruit)
- "suites" juste en dessous du restaurant... Nous pouvions les entendre parler sauter, taper dans les mains...
- soirée de clôture du séminaire dont la fin était prévue à 22:00 prolongée à plus d'01:00 du matin...
- rangement et remise en place du restaurant jusqu'à 03:00 du matin
- je suis montée 2 fois : sans effet à part un "Sorry, finish" et une rigolade du jeune homme qui semblait fort amusé de mon explosion nocturne
- rdv pour les massages oublié malgré le rdv pris en personne.
- sans compter sur le personnel qui vous toise en permanence

Une mascarade et absolument pas au niveau du prix
