Clean room, but not the best breakfast.

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We requested that the body wash be refilled two different mornings, but it never was filled. The pancake machine did not work well. The first morning the lady working the breakfast worked with the machine and finally got two weird looking pancakes out for me. The second morning a different lady was working and just told me to give it time, it would work. She finally took a look at the machine and got two pancakes out that went on the counter missing the plate that she had moved. I never got any that morning.

A delightful stay after a long day.
Pros:

This hotel including the staff were welcoming and accommodating after a very long day on the road. Gave us a great room and a couple of bottles of water.

Cons:

Parking has two different levels. Space where the hotel was built appears to have limited the builder and forced them to create a two tiered parking lot.

Nice location but building is tired and needs updating
Pros:

I passed on a few other hotels within blocks of each other in this convenient area. This room a few dollars more than others but my experience is very good with HI Express locations. I booked based on rating’s but this building is tired and could use an update. Elevators are the tell-all to a business. The elevator doors were all scratched with graffiti, the hallway wallpaper was poorly previously repaired and the room walls and bathroom door banged up pretty good. The fitness center had no towels and looks like housekeeping skipped over that room. If the price was cheaper, then I would expect this lower quality. This location is a no-go for me next time through

It was a good stay for me, I love the breakfast

I was there for my graduation, it was so close to my college, so convinient

Cons:

I forget to bring shampoo and body wash, the dispensers in the bathronn were either empty or just no functioning

Another good experience
Pros:

Stayed here two nights in room 212 while in town for business. Check in was quick. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Hot breakfast was included. I would stay at this property again.

Last stay here sorry to say
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. I do not like sausage and that is what they had for the meat option so...didn't care for that. Pancake machine was not working and by the time it was, it was too late to take advantage of. Rooms were clean. Pet friendly.

Cons:

I will begin by saying that my husband and I had been staying at this location regularly for weeks prior due to a family situation. We were all there as a family, from out of state last weekend for the funeral of my father, and my daughter brought her two dogs, and upon check in, requested a late check out for next day to have a place to keep them while attending the funeral and graveside service. Her and her husband were told it would be ok, not to worry the day of check in, but when it was run by the management, the morning of the funeral she was told a late check out was not going to be allowed...so at the very last minute, they had to scramble to get around, pack, and find a solution for the dogs, load up and check out all within in 2 hours, as the funeral was at 10 am. Caused A LOT of additional stress on an already difficult day.

Pros:

Place was really nice. I chose it because they could accommodate my truck with my trailer.

Cons:

The pillows. Both put together were flat.
Didn't affect my stay, but I was suprised that the desk employee was wearing a concert tshirt. They were nice people, just thought they would have dressed a little nicer.
