A localização era boa, e o café da manhã também.

Cons:

A pior parte foi a limpeza, o vaso sanitário do banheiro estava encrostado de sujeira. Solicitei uma limpeza extra na recepção, me informaram que iriam realizar e não realizaram. O banheiro é malcheiroso, o quarto é pequeno, abafado, os travesseiros tem um cheiro estranho, lençóis manchados, toalhas encardidas. A internet lenta e caía muito, a TV quando ligava estava sempre sem sinal de internet.

Voltarei ao hotel sempre que for em Santos
Pros:

Localização muito boa, atendimento excelente e sempre solicito, cafe da manhã bem servido e tudo fresquinho

Cons:

Amo ambiente da recepção não faz jus ao que o Hotel oferece. Quartos confortáveis, usamos diferentes quartos, no sétimo, terceiro e segundo andar, todos os quartos limpos, conforme e espaços. Ja a recepção causa a impressão que o hotel não vai ter as instalações novas e limpas.
