Da localização, limpeza, educação e simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Achei um pouco apertado. A cama ficava muito perto da parede para passar, e o frigobar está em um local, onde o armário tem pontas muito próximo. Poderia reorganizar a disposição dos móveis.
