PLEASE DO TRY TO CONF WITH HOTEL PEOPLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BECAUSE HOTEL NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED TO TEZ PALACE HOLE NIGHT WE WERE SEARCHING FOR HOTEL MAINLY LANGUAGE PROBLEM NO BODY UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH

We only stayed for a short time but the rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were exceptional. For a budget hotel this one certainly exceeded our expectations

Nära till wollking stret

I have been there many times. The hotel is very close to my favorite attractions. Walking street with many entertainment venues like clubs bars, beer bars, discos, even strip clubs. There is even live music playing and billiards tables to play on. The staff is friendly and they speak good English. There are several laundry shops across the street plus what the hotel provides. Transportation is no problem, the baht bus and taxis are constantly coming by.

I stayed at this hotel for one night.
Dirty sheets and towels. No elevator from ground floor to first floor.
Furniture is not very nice, even the deluxe room. Bed is ok.
Only plus was the price and the friendlyness of the staff.

I travel a lot around Thailand and to Pattaya and this is the first time that I was so discusted like this. I had to change room 4 times before it was acceptable. one room had different kind of insect crawling everywhere. They didn't change the bedding in all the rooms. The floors in all the rooms were dirty with mud and dust. They never sweep under the beds or the sofas, very dirty, discusting...

一泊ごとにミネラルウォーター2本がサービスされました。あとスナック菓子などもサービスされています。エレベーターなどの設備はだいぶ古いですけどシャワーのお湯は温かったです。ダブルの部屋でしたけど単身向きですね。庶民的ホテルです。もう一度泊まるかと言われれば他のホテルを探します。

This hotel is convenient for me with the price I paid. I was close to walking street and beach road. I will stay there again.

choose different hotel,it is rubbish

Hotellet har bra läge och nära till det mesta. Rummen är slitna och dåligt städade. Väggarna är svarta av smuts intill lysknappar och dörrhandtag. Fönstren var så smutsiga så man såg knappt ut. Toalett och dusch är trång man stänker ned både WC-stol och tvättfat när man duschar.

I det stora hela relativt OK, Bra städning och lugnt område, Serviceminded reception, Restaurangen ingen höjdare vare sig gällande service eller kvalitet. Frukost som ingick i bokningen tvungen att säga till om och frukost som serverades kunde vi vara utan. Läget inte helt OK, ca 1 km till beachen och Walking Street. 10baths-taxin direkt utanför hotellet, men seg-segt pga trafiken. Att gå gick i stort sett lika fort. Helt klart är att det går att få bättre valuta för pengarna på annat hotell. Kommer inte att bo där igen.
