Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Really amazing, especially Marc who went the extra mile for us whenever he could. The room was comfy, the pool was lovely and the room service was excellent, too.

Enjoyed the location and the parking was secure as there is security
Pros:

Staff very accommodating and friendly, room was clean and spacious

Cons:

Bed was a bit firm for me and had some problem with the door lock on entering as it wouldn’t always open on the first try and wash basin tap was loose. Other than that it was fine

Cons:

Bath leaked so even though I pored myself a bath is drained as I bathed. Maintenance needed. Breakfast is not great and would train staff on guest interaction. They are very dull
