No extra blanket , thou the bad was comfortable made me regrets my booking there freezing 3 nights

Cons:

No extra blankets & it was freezing, breakfast is bad & they always say “The chef is refusing to give certain food “, they are very stingy with breakfast, i suspect tht the workers are keeping the breakfast for themselves yet we paid for it

I liked the way food was presented - the food was delicious - and the staff serving polite.

High expectations - disappointing delivery
Pros:

The rooms are well equipped and comfortable

The hotel is good enough for a night of sleep, unfortunately it falls flat on anything beyond that.

Cons:

I had a cold shower because of a technical fault in my room. The staff were surprisingly dismissive of the issue.

Skip the breakfast - I would be embarrassed to serve that.

The most sterile hotel I've ever stayed in. The common areas are completely without soul or character.

Lack of transparency ruined my husband's birthday
Pros:

Everything was way below my expectations. The only thing that was better, was the reception ladies and the dinner we ordered. Wasn't the best though

Cons:

The fact that I was clear on my request when I did the booking that I was coming to the facility to celebrate my husband's birthday.I even called to confirm but I was only told about the wellness facility being under renovations. Only to get there and they did not starters and deserts on the menu. Drinks, they only had soft drinks. Wanted tea with lemon and they didn't have lemon. I was so disappointed, that almost ruined the birthday.
