The place is beautiful but they need to improve service, especially restaurant staff
Pros:

The location is good and the place is very beautiful. Love the facilities inside the room and my bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

On my arrival there was no one at the reception area and no bell, had to ask the security guard for assistance. Having to walk up the stairs with the suitcase was not nice. My dinner and first day breakfast were warm (not hot).
Waited for almost 30 minutes for breakfast on my second/ last day

Cons:

They shower drains . There is no proof of maintenance as I have spotted the same problem many times. The water builds up and starts spilling in y shower room floor. I cannot believe they cannot take care of this simple problem.

The staff waited for us as we got there late at night

Cons:

Getting to the room was abit weird. The work desk in the room was abit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Let's say hotel entrance/reception does not match the room
