Relaxing week at Jomtien
Pros:

Decided to try this hotel based on some recommendations from friends (and after reading reviews).
Location was excellent for me.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the resort is well maintained.
The room I had was spacious and the bed was huge.
The pool area was very inviting.
Food at the dining room was very good with plenty of options to suit a range of diets.
Overall a good place to stay.
The only negative was some noise at night from the adjacent and nearby entertainment venues, but I was aware of that before I booked.

During our recent stay, we had an unpleasant experience with the late-evening staff.

We asked for a bottle of water because we had missed the opportunity to purchase one from 7-Eleven. We understood that the hotel provides two complimentary bottles per day, and we were not asking for an additional bottle for free. I specifically offered to pay for the bottle, but the staff member still refused to provide one.

What was disappointing was not the hotel’s policy, but the way the request was handled. The staff member could have simply explained the policy or offered a paid bottle, but instead the response came across as unfriendly and unhelpful.

We generally enjoyed our stay, but this interaction left a negative impression. I hope the hotel can look into this and remind the evening staff that even when a request cannot be fulfilled under the standard policy, it should be handled politely and professionally.

Pros:

Close to the beach, very friendly and helpful staff! We didn't use the pool and Jacuzzi but they have them and we were interested. We enjoyed the mini fridge, very nice to have in the hot summer.

Cons:

The vanity was very small and simple.

Old favorite remains a favorite
Pros:

This is an old dependable for me as I have stayed several times. Location cannot be beat, staff go above and beyond, and there is a good overall value. Cafe serves good meals. Even the cats are friendly! Basic, but comfortable. Also, though in a busy neighborhood noise was not a serious issue.

Cons:

The facility is older and it shows around the edges. Everything was functional for me.

Tout. Le petit déjeuner je le recommande les œufs sont préparés à la commande donc ils sont chaud.
La literie et les oreillers sont vraiment appréciables.
Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et prévenant.

Cons:

Parfois il y a de la musique provenant des établissements de fête pas loin.
Cela ne m'a pas empêché de bien dormir.
