Poor.
Pros:

As I was on a business trip,the location was good.

Cons:

Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty..
Only one cup and spoon.

I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one.
Should have a microwave..

Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .

Room was very cold first night .beds not comfortable ,beds were more kidd beds and single duvets very short .we are tall people .dust on radiators.
