Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem Freundlich und professionell und hatte uns sehr geholfen. Man Konnte mit ihnen auch Gespräche führen.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel isn't too expensive for London from what I saw. It's in a very good location as well, you can go to and from the airport using the Elizabeth Line that stops at Acton Main Line (5mins away by foot from the hotel), and it's only one station away from Paddington, so it's close to the city centre as well. The staff is very friendly. They didn't ask me the 100£ bail on arrival, but I couldn't say if it's because they forgot or simply stopped asking for it altogether. There was also a fan in the bedroom, which is very appreciated on hot summer nights. The bathroom looked very clean and modern.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a bad smell, coming from the bathroom. But it might have just been from poor ventilation. The bed isn't the most comfortable but it does the job. There's also a sign at the front saying that you have to give the keys to the front desk if you're going out for the day (not checking out, even if you return later), which I found a bit odd but maybe it's just a common practice I wasn't aware of. Other than that, I didn't experience any issue with the hotel.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. The guest house is close to local transport services and the staff were happy to advise us on how to get to places.

Posizione della struttura si trova vicino alla metro ma lontano dal centro di Londra

Cons:

La colazione non è inclusa.
Spazi della camera molto piccola e bagno pessimo.
Piccola finestra senza possibilità di aprirla. ( si apre solo una parte in alto a basista

Pros:

Struttura posizionata vicino ad 1 m Elizabeth che però durante la notte chiude alle ore 11:00 e quindi la prima notte per me è stata un’impresa ritornare alla struttura in quanto essendo che sono andato a un concerto a Wembley, sono arrivato dopo un certo orario e quindi la struttura della metropolitana era chiusa e quindi sono dovuto fare ping pong con vari mezzi per poter arrivare di nuovo a destinazione

Cons:

Struttura troppo piccola per il prezzo che ho pagato è un prezzo esagerato per quello che mi avete offerto. La stanza era troppo piccola pochi metri quadri per tre persone tre letti singoli senza aria condizionata con ventilatori un caldo insopportabile e esposizione diciamo del del del letto in particolare, il mio accanto al Pedro, che essendo che Londra è un periodo caldo, c’era un caldo infernale. Ripeto, senza aria condizionata la struttura bagno piccolo per 1 × 1 nano diciamo ma non per tre persone adulte della mia famiglia se dipendesse da me, io chiederei il rimborso totale per quanto mi riguarda, perché la prima volta che mi capita una struttura così piccola ed un prezzo esageratamente esageratamente alto, qualità insufficiente del tutto.
