Good location
Pros:

Very close to tube station Acton Main line with some shops nearby. The room was warm, the bathroom was good, and the TV, internet and fridge all worked.

Cons:

The kettle had seen better days.

NEVER STAY WITH OYO

Nothing. The worst customer service ever.

Cons:

I asked to swap my booking to the OYO Victoria as I did not realise I was booking the one on Thorn Rd. OYO would not accommodate my request so I ended up having to make a.fresh booking for the OYO Orban which was the most filthy, small and unsafe accommodation I have ever stayed in. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend staying in an OYO run hotel to anyone. Disgraceful that firstly they would not accommodate my initial request and then that they put me in a place that you wouldn't ask an animal to stay in.

Habitación aceptable, pero limpieza deficiente, y retienen 100£ como fianza!
Pros:

El personal fue amable, y me prestaron un adaptador de cargador sin ningún problema. La cama era cómoda. El tamaño de la habitación está bien, pero el baño es súper pequeño.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba limpia... uno de los rollos de papel higiénico estaba sucísimo... la ducha no me atreví a usarla... y la mesa tenía manchas que muestran que claramente lleva tiempo sin limparse. Por lo menos las sábanas de la cama se veían bien.

Por otra parte, me retuvieron 100£ en mi tarjeta bancaria como fianza! Para una habitación que me ha valido 72£ me parece una exageración. Me dijeron que normalmente el banco lo devuelve a las 24h pero ya han pasado 6 días y sigue retenido. En otras ocasiones me han retenido 5, 10... pero nunca 100. Si este guest house fuese de alta categoría lo entendería, pero es un sitio muy muy básico, y a las afueras del centro de la ciudad.

Ah, y a las 3:00am sonó a todo volumen una alarma de incendios por error... varias veces.

Poor.
Pros:

As I was on a business trip,the location was good.

Cons:

Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty..
Only one cup and spoon.

I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one.
Should have a microwave..

Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .
