Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de lugares de interés utilizando vehiculo y las instalaciones son modernas.
El desayuno es tipo bufet, y la verdad aunque podria haber algo mas de variedad ofrecen buena calidad.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, las almohadas son demasiado malas, muy blandas para mi gusto, menos mal que la cama lo salva porque el colchón esta bastante bien.

Overall ok, but would advise management to check the toilet next time
Pros:

Room was ok but the toilet had a bad stench. Location was decent too with good breakfast.

Restaurant mit preiswertem Mittagstisch aber sehr gutem Essen direkt am Hotel, Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel,Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels und kostenfrei

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle und wir dachten die fahren durch unser Zimmer, 1.Etage Suite, dafür kann keiner was, aber kein Hinweis darauf bei Ankunft…zum Ausladen der Koffer schwierig, da Auffahrt zum Hotel gesperrt- wir haben auf dem Taxiparkplatz gehalten, unsere Schiebetür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ging nicht zu schließen, wenn Licht an war, dann in allen Räumen leider keine getrennte Schaltung( Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) möglich, Licht im Wohnzimmer geflackert…
Toilettenlüftung ging nicht( kein Fenster)
Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein…
Bademantel auf dem Zimmer hatte ein riesen Loch( wirklich)kann alles passieren darf aber dann nicht im Zimmer liegen

I loved everything the hotel had to offer from bar - pool - cleanliness

Cons:

I requested a double bed - we were give 2 single beds put together which weren’t the most comfortable.

Unexpected Upgrade
Pros:

We flew to Santa Ponsa on 19th October, originally booked to stay at the Plazamar. Upon arrival, we were informed that due to maintenance - and the fact we weren’t travelling with children - we’d be moved to the Plaza Hotel instead.
One of the managers personally drove us down the road to the Plaza Hotel and even handled our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. To our delight, we were upgraded from self-catering to bed & breakfast, and still retained wristbands to access Jutlandia where our family were staying. This flexibility made it easy to stay connected and enjoy shared amenities.
Our room overlooked the pool, was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing short break.
Breakfast each morning was lovely. The staff were incredibly attentive, always checking in on how we were doing and asking about our plans for the day.
Check-out was just as impressive. We were treated to two complimentary cocktails and offered a discount for future direct bookings. We would absolutely recommend the Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Santa Ponsa!

Unsatisfactory and unclean
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

The place smelled really strongly of sewage, which was being pumped into our room through the air con unit. The fridge did not work, the room was not clean, and it was generally too small.

I asked for an ice bucket for our drinks and some ice, to combat the fridge not working, and they practically argued with my request, and I’ve attached a picture of the rusty ice bucket they provided. Disgusting.

Everything felt basic for the high price it commanded.
