Cons:

Not enough protein choices for breakfast -too many high added sugars for choices. Need yogurt with more protein in it and less added sugar.
Not even milk to mix with instant oatmeal.

Nice place with friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was sparse but sufficient. The staff even got a cup of coffee for me.

Cons:

we got there around 4:30, and our room wasn't ready; they told us it was due to lack of staffing. They were apologetic so it wasn't a big deal.

Loved it
Pros:

we loved Krystal who was working at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. She was amazing! she even stayed later to help us get settled and had a good conversation with us about what was available near us. What a hard worker she is . Super 8 is lucky to have someone like her represent them at the front desk . I could not thank her enough. Thank you !

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff (Crystal in particular) was super helpful and went out of their way to help me when I needed it

Only if you have no other options
Pros:

Well when you need a last minute place to stay before a fun bike race then this works.

Cons:

It was horribly loud! The people saying above us seemed like they were practicing in a marching band and it’s lovely to hear every flush of the toilet
And don’t worry about the “breakfast”. I’m pretty sure inmates got more substance than the hospital style OJ they offered with a side of 1997 expired “cheese danish”

Excellent!
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was awesome, especially Crystal who worked her tail off and still was able to help me when I needed it. Will definitely stay there next time

Satisfied. I'd stay there again.
Pros:

The only negative is the breakfast. However, there's a nice coffee shop a block and a half down the street, and a cafe another block down from the coffees shop.

Cons:

I wanted to call the hotel before I left on the trip. I could not get a direct line to the place.
