Overall was a great stay. Ensuringcall staff are trained in customer service would result in 10/10
Pros:

Checking in with Maxine was wonderful. He was so helpful, gave us a free up grade, made a call for dinner recommendations and reservations and said our breakfast was included. The views were stunning and the room was great.

Cons:

Checking out with Monica was terrible. She was rude and condescending. She told us that our breakfast was not included and that her colleague made a mistake and makes lots of mistakes. Finally she agreed not to charge us extra as it was not our mistake.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms, breakfast, and spa were amazing. What really made our stay special was how helpful and accommodating the staff was! A special thank you to Freddy who made our stay great.

Exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless, the breakfast was exceptional, and the spa was calm, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding.

What truly made our experience special was the incredibly warm and friendly staff. A special thank you to Freddy and Hadrien, who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Their kindness and hospitality were greatly appreciated.

We are extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Lovely, felt very welcome, would recommend as a great place to stay near Chamonix
Pros:

Incredibly friendly staff especially Pierre and Vanessa, and Maxine. Made us feel right at home. It is in a nice location and is a very attractive (if a bit dated) hotel building with amenities. Very good value for the money, we had great view from our room of Mont Blanc, see picture below.

Cons:

No complaints except maybe replace the laundry room dryer with more powerful model, and replace the toilet paper receptacles with toilet paper rolls.

Superbe vue sur les montagnes et forêts, top Jacuzzi, chambre mignone, buffet de petit dej extraordinaire

Een fantastische ervaring!
Pros:

Wij hadden een standaard kamer geboekt en ontvingen een upgrade op aankomst. Hierdoor kregen wij onverwacht een kamer met uitzicht op de Mont Blanc. Wat een fantastische ervaring om in een hotelkamer te mogen verblijven met zo’n fantastisch en uniek uitzicht. Daarnaast zijn de bedden zalig en is de spa een absolute aanrader. Kortom: een heerlijk hotel!
