Excelente ubicación en barrio con ambiente
Pros:

Ubicación excelente y con poco ruido para el barrio. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero algo pequeña para el precio. El personal en general muy amable y atento, exceptuando los de recepción, que fueron poco amigables, aunque hicieron su trabajo.

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio más baja que el estándar del resto de hoteles en Vietman (siendo este el hotel más caro en el que nos alojamos).

La posizione

Cons:

Siamo arrivati e la camera non era pronta, abbiamo poi scoperto che l'albergo è in totale "ristrutturazione", per questo motivo dovrebbe stare chiuso. Ci è stata proposta una squallida camera nell'attesa che finissero I lavori in quella prenotata. I corridoi sono pieni di materiali e operai, il personale per quanto gentile parla poco o niente inglese, quindi è complicato comprendersi. Purtroppo siamo dovuti rimanere, non avendo alternative. La camera che effettivamente avevamo prenotato non era male, ma abbiamo atteso 3 ore e cmq l'albergo non è agibile. Abbiamo constatato che molte delle recensioni in questa città non sono veritiere. Il costo è veramente alto per la situazione. Colazione non buona e ci è pure toccato andare a pagare in un'altra struttura perché il pos non funzionava.

A25 hotel sono in buone posizioni .
Pros:

La posizione, la cortesia e gentilezza del personale . La colazione era buona e abbondante . Il bagno con una doccia comoda e dei ganci per appendere le cose

Cons:

La stanza era molto rumorosa perchè affacciava su dei motori in funzione tutta la notte. Il vetro della finestra sporco e anche un po’ nei cassetti e per terra.

I don’t usually like writing negative reviews, but this is something I wish I had known before booking our room at A25 Hotel, so I’m sharing it to help others. We booked a room for two nights, and it wasn’t mentioned that it had no window. Because of that, there was a strong moldy smell that we couldn’t get rid of, and the room felt like a basement. The walls were also thin, so privacy was limited.

The next day, another guest recommended that we speak with a different receptionist on the next shift who spoke better English and ask for a room change. Fortunately, another room was available. It had an internal window, so while the smell wasn’t completely gone, it was a significant improvement.

Regarding breakfast: if you come later, some of the better items may already be gone, and unfortunately the staff did not refill the empty dishes. The following day we arrived earlier, and there was a much better selection—the food was very tasty.
