I had an amazingly comfortable stay. 10/10 recommend!
Pros:

Amazing location. Close to all the main. Attractions from the malls to Bangla street to Patong beach. Walking distance from everything and multiple 7/11s all around. The staff was exceptionally courteous and well trained.

Loved everything about it!

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff were amazing. Have stayed here before and will stay again. The breakfast was very good and it’s a clean, friendly nice hotel. Highly recommended.

Dirty and noisy.
Pros:

Unfortunately nothing.
We requested a refund as soon as we arrived.
The fact that they accepted the refund was maybe the only good thing.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty.
There were insects, dirt, dust and stains all over the room.
It was in a very noisy and crowded area.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Pros:

The hotel sheets were dirty both on the first day we checked in and after housekeeping came. They were stained and dusty. The room was advertised as 44 square meters, but the one we were given was extremely small. They had pushed two single beds together, and they kept separating.
After placing one small suitcase in the room, it was impossible to walk around — we literally had to jump over the bed to move. The reception staff were extremely uninterested and unhelpful. If you are sensitive about cleanliness and hygiene, I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
Even the so-called “balcony” was so tiny that I (I’m 150 cm tall and 50 kg) could barely fit — it was impossible to even take one proper step. We stayed in room 504. It was not the room we had reserved, and it was not clean at all.
The only positive part was the open buffet breakfast — the kitchen staff were very attentive, friendly, and the food was delicious. Other than that, our holiday was ruined because we could barely even move inside the room
