Hotel Moon Dreams Paraíso

I stayed here with my elderly mothers as I was clearing out my nearby apartment and had no beds. We booked a terrace room which was clean and a good size with air conditioning. The staff were all friendly and helpful, pool area adequate but the breakfast was the best bit. There was so much food to choose from and open most of the morning, so great for later diners.

2nd time this year in this hotel and the staff cleanliness food rooms pool faultless. Recommend so much staff so friendly and helpful xx

WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO STAY THERE!! WE BOOKED AN ADULTS ORIENTATED HOTEL THEN GOT TOLD THEY WERE FULL WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 23:30pm, THEY MOVED US TO A FAMILY HOTEL!!!

Couldn't fault the parisio beach for cleanliness and the staff were super friendly breakfast was very good the only downfall after being to this hotel twice before when it was part of the fergus group of hotels was the fact there was no entertainment i feel this let the hotel down badly and for that reason alone i would not return to the parisio beach the terrace at night was completely deserted lack of entertainment has ruined what is otherwise a great hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location. Near to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Fabulous pool for swimming lengths, adults inly a bonus! Delightful staff. Recommended.

La struttura accogliente e tranquillità,molta disponibilità da parte di tutti. Poco utilizzo del bar all' interno per costi eccessivi su alcuni prodotti.Ad esempio spritz 12 euro.

El hotel esta limpio y muy bien cuidado. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad, pero sin duda lo mejor de este hotel es su personal, muy amable y siempre atento para hacerte sentir como en casa. Muchísimas gracias por vuestra profesionalidad.

Hotel très agréable pour vacances en couple! L'hôtel est a taille humaine, le personnel est agréable et chambre avec balcon parfaite avec une bonne isolation entre les chambres! On est pas dérangé !
Je recommande fortement le super petit dejeuner qui est tres copieux, très bon! On s'est régalé !
L'hôtel est a côté de pas mal de restaurants vers es canar (10 minutes a pied) et du marché hippie. Bref parfait merci beaucoup! 🤗

A great location for a beach stay in Es Canar. Great pool area, lovely breakfast, and very friendly multilingual staff.
Rooms clearly recently refreshed with the rebrand/new owners, but one or two imperfections - no bin in bedroom, patchy paint, loose bathroom lock, etc. Also no kettle or glasses/cups which wasn’t ideal - we brought some up from the bar.

Our main issue was the noise - room 122 is on the 1st floor facing out over a lane - above the staff entrance and above the bin store. There are at least three different types of bins. The garbage men come at 5am, 6am, 7am - and yes, even on a Sunday. Even with the patio door closed tight, an industrial garbage truck emptying dumpsters a few meters away is extremely noisy and actually quite terrifying to wake up to. The municipal services are not within the hotels control, but this severely affected our ability to relax and restore energy on holiday. If you are given this room - request a different one if possible.

Clean, well maintained , perfect position with delightful, helpful, warm, friendly and welcoming staff . Check in was smooth and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was probably the best I have had . All in all a beautiful stay . Thank you!

El hotel se ha reformado recientemente pero aún tiene muchas cosas pendientes (un día que llovió estaban todas las puertas y ventanas comunes con toallas para que no pasase el agua). El desayuno de 10, como indican otros comentarios. Atención muy buena por parte de todo el personal. No es fácil aparcar por la zona cuando los aparcamientos municipales grandes están cerrados.

The hotel was quiet, as we arrived on the first day of the season. Staff were polite. Room was good. The breakfast selection was very good. There's enough nearby for a relaxing short break.

De 5 días 3 con agua fría y uno sin agua, la cortaron sin precio aviso y la solución que nos daban era que no nos ducharmos, después de quedarnos bastante nos cambiaron de habitación por nuestra insistencia. Las almohadas horribles, condicionan el descanso muchísimo

The reviews and rating here is much too high, I do not understand. This is NOT a 8 or 9 out of 10. It is a completely medium hotel. It is okay, but nothing more. Medium rooms, medium breakfast, medium surrounding. A 5 out of 10. Okay for the price. My room was on the first floor, on the street front, so it was really loud, I did not sleep one night uninterrupted because of cars, the loud air condition machine of the bar next to the hotel and of course people.
