Die Umgebung,Nähe Schloss,toller Strassenbahnen und Busverkehr überall hin...kurzer Weg zum Einkaufsparadies,also alles schnell erreichbar...Das Zimmer sehr sauber,Fruehstueck gut,bischen mehr Obst im Angebot wäre schön , vielleicht mehr Fischangebot...Danke für die Schöne Zeit im Hotel am Schloss und die gute Betreuung der Mädchen und lieben Chef für die Tipps...

Nettes ruhiges Hotel im Stadtzentrum für zwei...drei Nächte
Pros:

Das Hotel am Schloss ist in ein liebevoll saniertes Fachwerk-Altbauensemble eingebettet. Die Grösse unseres Zimmers war angemessen und die Ausstattung nicht auf dem allerletzten Stand, aber zweckmässig und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut, und das Personal ist super freundlich und umgänglich. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Schloss und Stadtzentrum entfernt, ist die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls hervorragend, auch wenn zumindest unser Zimmer keinen Ausblick auf irgendeine Attraktion geboten hat.

Cons:

Am Frühstücksbuffet wäre der Verzicht auf Einwegverpackungen bei Butter, Marmelade, Nuss-Nugat Creme und Honig schön. Und der Kaffee könnte besser sein.

Im Zimmer hätte ich mir ein ordentliches Federbett gewünscht - die Kunstfaser-Kissen und Decken sind nicht wirklich bequem und angenehm.

Hallo Sauberkeit, Stadtnähe

Cons:

Extrem laut durch Straßenbahnen vor dem Fenster in hoher Frequenz . Trotzdem das Hotel viele freie Betten hatte, bekam ich ein Zimmer zur Straßenbahn.

Viel zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer. Fernseher mit wenig funktionierenden Programmen, Programmsuche sehr ineffektiv.

Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut, Schloss und Altstadt fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz war vorhanden sowie Fahrstuhl im Haus.

Cons:

Keine Dusche vorhanden, nur eine Badewanne. Möbel etwas veraltet.
Bar war nicht geöffnet.
Frühstück für den Preis schlecht, da das Brot eher schon alt war, der Fleischsalat gegoren, was überhaupt nicht akzeptabel ist und das Dosenobst leicht gefroren.
Alles andere auf dem Büfett war ok.
Der Preis ist nur aufgrund der guten Lage gerechtfertigt.

Übers Wochenende eine Top Unterkunft in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Top Lage, großzügiges Zimmer

Cons:

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (sieht man dem Bad an, es war so sauber wie es nach jahrelanger Nutzung noch möglich war), Einrichtung war sehr alt (Buche rustikal -> kein Ausschlusskriterium)
