Hotel Sarah Nui

Room was boiling hot when we checked in, took 3 hours for the AC to cool down the room.
No cold water to drink, no ice.

Staff friendly and helpful. Although it was only on the last morning that I got a clear answer about the breakfast availability.
Convenient location but not a great area. Luckily we had a room with a good view but the room itself was shabby, paint marked and peeling, floorboards loose and floor slopped. Shower didn't have hot water consistently. Wifi consistent and bed comfy. Is definitely a place to only spend a night or two before further travel.

Location is 10 min walk to downtown Papeete. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and staff is welcoming. We only stayed the one night but it's within walking distance to Hotel Kontiki which has a restaurant and across the street is a store that sells individual drinks and snacks as well as supplies in bulk. Short walking distance to the wharf.

Overall, stay was good, but the room we got didn’t look at all like the picture on the website, or on our reservation document. Dated, very little sitting room, breakfast buffet with limited choice and overpriced.

I just needed a place to sleep before heading to Moorea. Couldn't even do that. The loudest!!! Hotel i have ever stayed in. Its extremely worn down. I gave it 2 stars for the great hot water and pressure. There was music and motorcycles blasting all night!!

Not worth the couple of dollars of savings.

Hotel was fine. Stayed here on a late flight out. Had a/c was clean. Ok place for the price. Ate at the roulotte around the corner. It was very good

The hotel has a nice reception but the rooms are quite dated, staff were friendly and helpful with storing our bags after checkout. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and towels, only the shower could have been a bit cleaner as the tiles/grout needed a good clean.

There was nothing around the hotel.and nothing to do there. The hotel needed an update. Our balcony was restricted with the large air-conditioning units. However, our room was large with a sink, and kept very tidy with replaced toiletries and water. The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful, which made so much difference to our stay.

Property was perfect for our needs. Great location & convenient. Room was huge but could use some updating. Staff was delightful

The staff was friendly and professional. They were helpful with restaurants selection for the area as well as booking taxi for airport transfer. The hotel is a bit dated. However, it is a great place to stay for pre cruise or pro cruise stay since it is only a short distance from the cruise port and the airport.

The room specifically the Bathroom broken toilet paper holder, the shower not working and the floors are squeaking. The rooms are not properly maintained

Convent location, good value

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is older but the rooms are large and adequate. The airconditioning and draperies (completely dark) were excellent. Very clean floors, white linens, bathroom. This was perfect for my needs. However, the location is on the edge of the port/tourist area of Papeete so it's a 10 minute walk to the central area for shops and eateries. There was no balcony or swimming pool which are not expected at this price point.

Kind of near town, functional if you dont need a pool. Felt safe. Had a skinny little balcony which came in handy drying out dive equipment. Beautiful sunset view. Very comfortable for us. Affordable,
