Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff, spotless clean.

Cons:

Only small thing would be we booked a twin room and the mattress was too big for bed base, kept slipping off.

Pros:

We loved the service and the resolution to things that came up from the staff. The way the receptionist dealt with it was great and definitely made the stay great when we settled.

Cons:

It’s a little dated even after renovation, but the location and staff were great!

Breakfast, room and location were very good; it's just that my colleague reserved the room a week before me, and he got the same price with breakfast included, unlike me. So, the lesson is if you want to get a better price, you should book at least 4 weeks before arriving.

Pros:

Расположение, буквально в трех шагах находится вход в старый город. Замечательный персонал гостиницы. Девушки на рецепшене очень внимательные и дружелюбные. Завтрак отличный, очень красиво оформлено помещение для завтрака. Железнодорожный и автобусный вокзалы в пешей доступности. Рекомендую

Pros:

Reggeli ízletes és finom volt, a személyzet barátságos és segítőkész. A felmerülő problémát azonnal orvosolták. A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletesebb nem is lehetne. Mindenkinek bátran ajánlom a hotelt, ha Vilniusban szeretne megszállni.

Cons:

Minden tetszett és maradéktalanul meg voltunk elégedve a szállással.
Egy-két fejlesztési javaslat: a bejárati ajtó kitámasztót a földön valamiféle módon felmatricázni, megjelölni, hogy nehogy felbukjon az ember benne (majdnem megtörtént). :D
