Comfort, great, not perfect. But almost
Pros:

Comfort, great staff, good value, great cleaning.

Cons:

It wasnt too noisy, but the sound isolation wasnt perfect. Not from the corridor of the hotel and not from outside the hotel.

The room was super clean everyday when it wasmade by the house keeping - extraordinary 👌

Hotel close to soi 6 - the popular street.
Yet the room was not too noisy - When the air conditioner was working at night i wasnt hearing the music from outside. Just the regular a/c sound.

Big safe in the room - can fit a tablet.

Cute balcony.. i dont know if the "pool view" room is worth the extra cost compare to the "city view" rooms.

Sound:
Without a/c working - i could hear the sounds of music from soi 6 at night little bit even with balcony closed. Usually stops between 1am-3am... Not too bad.

Some days there been some construction's sounds at noon from the area next to the hotel.

Some otherdays - there been maintenance of a/c cleaning in the rooms next to mine at around early noon hours. It was loud mottor sound of the cleaning machine.. it wasnt pleasant.

Also the corridor can be heard inside the room - so not the best sound isolation.

Most of the times it's been quite... But sometimes i did woke up because of those sounds from outside of hotel or the corridor.


All was good,
just the sounds at noon by different reasons made my sleep less good, and helped my decision to move to a new facility after two weeks.

Pros:

The hotel is at prime location yet peaceful. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We had connecting rooms, there was an issue with the lock and they arranged a tech to fix it for us and didn't just ignore it. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we recommend it to others as well.

Cons:

I wish they had room service.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff very polite.

Cons:

The beds are hard as a rock. Couldn't get a good night sleep tossing and turning. Please replace the beds with pillow top memory foam units.
