goede locatie, in het drukke Pattaya maar toch rustig gelegen
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging in een klein rustig straatje, op 100m wandelen van het strand, winkeltjes, en restaurantjes

Cons:

zwembad aan de kleine kant waardoor er nooit ligbedjes vrij waren. maar een groot strand voor de deur dus op zich geen probleem voor ons

Pros:

Great location on the nicer, cleaner part of the promenade. Very spacious large room which overlooked the pool.
The balcony was nice in the afternoon with table and chairs.
The room was clean and had everything you required, clean bedding, towels, water, fridge freezer etc.
Very short walk to the beach and nightmarket, with lots of food and drink etc
Plenty or bars and restaurants close by and of course 7/11 2x mins away.
Helpful staff and good place to stay, we moved from somewhere else in Pattaya and this was a great improvement.

Cons:

Nothing at all, it was good value for money and definitely worth staying here.
We did not have breakfast included so cannot comment.
The pool looked very nice and clean with plenty of sun beds.
The tv was very small...not a Smart tv and only had a few English speaking channels.
The Internet was not good in the room, very intermittent and slow.

Location Staff facilities. I’ll be back yet again.
Pros:

Greeted by name when I checked in. I have been before a few times and the staff know me. Very efficient process. The cleaning staff are ready to make up the room anytime and watch when you leave. They learn your routine and wave at you from your balcony while you’re at the pool to let you know it’s done. . Good fun.

Cons:

Smokers at the pool. I used to book the pool access rooms that actually gave no access. But pool smokers smoke goes straight into your air conditioner. Now I choose upstairs rooms.
