Rien !
Image pas Pas du tout représentatif !
Très désuet, vieux, humidité extrême dans les chambres tellement que les draps et oreiller sont presque mouillé.
This was my third stay at Kimpton. Always greeted by a friendly staff. Comfortable stay and excellent location with proximity to the riverside and to the SCAD campus dorms
Really disappointed with the food at Pacci. Overpriced, flavorless and expensive. Breakfast/brunch is on point but dinner was really bad
Valet service was excellent!
Super nice and quick!
I love IHG hotels especially when I book through the Edit collection via Chase travel and am used to receiving stellar customer service. And I was excited to stay at Kimpton Brice in Savannah for my stay there several years ago was excellent. Unfortunately, although the hotel itself is nice , the customer service especially of the front desk was more of a 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. The check in process was very disappointing and the person checking me in did not seem trained on the procedures for customers that are IHG Platinum members who book through Chase. Not only did I have to ask about my benefits , he did not bother to explain them as other hotels have done (and is important because how the credits apply vary from hotel to hotel). It does seem like I am the only customer who has experienced this based on other reviews. When I gave feedback , I received a half apology over text. The breakfast experience was mixed with the first morning being atrociously slow because they were short staffed (seems consistent with other reviews) but the 2nd morning , the service was great. I was asked over text how my stay was so far and when I was honest , I received no reply so I felt compelled to call Chase Travel to log a complaint. My travel specialist was great and called the hotel on my behalf and was offered a $70 credit at their restaurant Pacci’s. Sadly , during checkout this credit was not accounted for on the final bill and had to explain to the new front desk person what had happened. She tried her best to make it right but was not the most professional about it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Kimpton Brice and encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to call Chase since the hotel management there does not prioritize their customers , even loyal ones.
I was in town for business and the training was being held at the Kimpton Brice. My initial impression came from being screamed and cursed at by the valet. While I realize they are employees of another company, it seems it wasn't communicated by the hotel that our very large group would be arriving in a small window of time, and he was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated.
Most of the people there for training, including myself, were staying at the Brice. After one night, I checked out and moved hotels for the rest of the week. My room had hair on the shower walls and smelled liked mildew. The hotel doesn't charge a pet fee, so there were lots of large dogs everywhere, and the shared spaces were covered with dog hair. My computer and I were also dripped on (assured it was merely condensation) in the bench seating near the bar.
The hotel and restaurant staff I interacted with were all very professional and nice, but the positives start and stop there. My guess is that this was once a high end boutique hotel, as the website would have you believe, but has become run down and neglected over time.
The location
Claims to be four stars yet doesn’t look or act like it
Front desk is WORTHLESS.
Was charged for parking when they told me after checking in they can’t park my car as it was too big for the deck but allowed another guest to park a U-Haul in the valet area! The valet used profanity when discussing why my car would not be parked “you would be [insert profanity here] is the exact unprofessional way I was addressed.
Lastly, MOLD. Room 320 is full of it.
I’d skip this scam mold ridden property! It’s not Kimpton quality by any stretch of the imagination!
Very nice cozy hotel in a beautiful residential neighborhood.
The only complaint was a somewhat musty smell in the room.
Looks nice and pretty
Parking fee is a little bit high
I stayed at the Brice when I accompanied my husband on his business trip. The suite was nice and big, and the bathroom was enormous. It’s in a good location, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Unfortunately, the room just looked out on the road, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise day and night. The service was good, but slow. We asked for a new bar of soap and after waiting for it for a long time, ended up retrieving it ourselves from the front desk. The service at the hotel restaurant was even worse, and I never got a refill on my coffee as I had requested. The atmosphere was fine, and I enjoyed seeing all the dogs around, although one afternoon there was a dog crying for a couple of hours — I assume his owners had left him alone in the room — and I finally complained at the front desk. I don’t know what they did, but the barking stopped after that.
It was close to the downtown parts of Savannah that we wanted to visit.
The staff were rude.
Location
Didn’t service our room . Chaotic food delivery. Wrong orders. Cold coffee.
Good location near the main shopping area. Love that it's dog friendly. Pool was pleasant.
Staff was not as attentive as they have been in the past. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we didn't get into our room until around 6pm. We were told we'd get free valet parking for the night but the $52 charge still hit my card and was not removed.
I am shocked to read some of the reviews as I travel the world and loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and quiet. It is centrally located and we loved walking to the AC hotels rooftop restaurant -bar ( Lavenders) at night for drinks. The staff was lovely and had the room super decorated with a bucket of treats for my daughter’s birthday. The restaurant is good but yes was slow for breakfast. It was not slow for dinner and we the food was great. The pool was amazing except for a 1pm pool party that people off the street could pay $30 to attend we did not like that as the music was ridiculously loud so we left and then could still hear the music in our room. Overall really did love this hotel and all staff were very friendly.
Free happy hour wine and snack
No coffee maker in room. Terrible parking situation. Window. looked. into workroom. Noisy.
