Looks nice and pretty
Parking fee is a little bit high
I stayed at the Brice when I accompanied my husband on his business trip. The suite was nice and big, and the bathroom was enormous. It’s in a good location, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Unfortunately, the room just looked out on the road, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise day and night. The service was good, but slow. We asked for a new bar of soap and after waiting for it for a long time, ended up retrieving it ourselves from the front desk. The service at the hotel restaurant was even worse, and I never got a refill on my coffee as I had requested. The atmosphere was fine, and I enjoyed seeing all the dogs around, although one afternoon there was a dog crying for a couple of hours — I assume his owners had left him alone in the room — and I finally complained at the front desk. I don’t know what they did, but the barking stopped after that.
It was close to the downtown parts of Savannah that we wanted to visit.
The staff were rude.
Location
Didn’t service our room . Chaotic food delivery. Wrong orders. Cold coffee.
Good location near the main shopping area. Love that it's dog friendly. Pool was pleasant.
Staff was not as attentive as they have been in the past. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we didn't get into our room until around 6pm. We were told we'd get free valet parking for the night but the $52 charge still hit my card and was not removed.
I am shocked to read some of the reviews as I travel the world and loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and quiet. It is centrally located and we loved walking to the AC hotels rooftop restaurant -bar ( Lavenders) at night for drinks. The staff was lovely and had the room super decorated with a bucket of treats for my daughter’s birthday. The restaurant is good but yes was slow for breakfast. It was not slow for dinner and we the food was great. The pool was amazing except for a 1pm pool party that people off the street could pay $30 to attend we did not like that as the music was ridiculously loud so we left and then could still hear the music in our room. Overall really did love this hotel and all staff were very friendly.
Free happy hour wine and snack
No coffee maker in room. Terrible parking situation. Window. looked. into workroom. Noisy.
We liked the location, the fact that pets were welcome and overall atmosphere of the place.
The only way it could have been improved was to have more electrical outlets. There was not enough outlets available to charge our phones, computers and watches near the beds.
Central location—close to great restaurants, coffee, and sites!
Parking was expensive-we ended up getting a parking spot on Spot Hero a few blocks away to save money.
This hotel is TERRIBLE. It’s old and dirty. The staff is incompetent and rude. Left after the first night. Don’t ruin your trip by staying here.
Excellent service and food at Pacci. Quick service by Rodrigo and helped with getting an order to our room ASAP
So much fun and good feeling
Liked it all!
This hotel should not be under the IHG brand. I had a terrible experience. The front desk people were rude and the common areas were so dirty. I emailed the manager about a problem and was never contacted back to discuss. The Restaurant breakfast was not good and took forever. I do not recommend this property.
The four star rate is deceiving. In reality it is at best a two star hotel. It was extremely unclean, our little kids feet became black after ten minutes from walking on the floors, the service was terrible and the employees were rude, the front desk kept refusing to bring up extra blankets and sheets for the trundle bed because "they were running short", everything is dusty and dirty, there were hairs everywhere, the general manager wasn't here, the main door had to be hit with all your body weight to close, it looks like the got their furniture off of facebook marketplace, and the door handle fell off one of the bedroom doors.
Location and dog friendly
Facilities need work. Majority of staff did not speak to us. Restaurant food was terrible.
Its location. It is pet friendly with no fees. The happy Hour.
We have stayed at the Brice over the years and found that this time the furniture in the rooms is looking worn out. The rooms need to be refreshed.
