I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours after checking out of my hotel while I waited for a flight. In this case, it perfectly met my expectations: an extremely low price, a shower available, a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. If I were a student looking to experience Patong’s nightlife but didn’t have much money, this hotel would be a good choice for a low-cost stay that covers the basics.
For travelers who are accustomed to a certain standard and aren’t looking for the cheapest deals, a stay of several days would likely not be pleasant. The rooms are extremely affordable, which naturally affects the overall impression (a small and not very attractive balcony, plastic chairs, towels that don’t smell of fabric softener, etc.).
Rooftop pool was good, when it wasn’t green and it was able to be used.
Location was good - close to craziness of Bangla Road, but further enough away that you’re not kept awake at night.
Pool was green on the last day so unable to use.
Nothing to deter pigeons, so pigeon poo all over the balcony- gross!
The location was very close to the beach, restaurants and party areas

Reception staff wasn’t helpful at all, we had an issue not finding the remote for the AC and tried to explain it but they ignored us and sent a technician to take apart the whole AC and finally listened to us and gave us a new remote after an hour of trying to communicate with the staff

A veces pedía limpieza de la habitación y no lo hacían de manera meticulosa, no se cambiaba del todo las toallas,las tazas que había usado, solo las lavaban ahí mismo y las dejaban como si fueran limpias, fundas no las cambiaban y las toallas a veces tampoco pero no era nada por lo cual no me volvería a quedar, mi experiencia fue excelente
