Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Joseph by IHG

Amazing staff! We came to town one day early and the staff fully accommodated us with a clean, affordable room! 5 star service and happy with the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Clean facility and great location

First Holiday Inn Express we've been to that served breakfast on china plates with stainless flatware. The real surprize was the dedication of the staff. Two folks did the service of four or five that included removal of plates and pleasant conversation. First free breakfast service we felt required a tip. Ironically, we were attending a catered 55th high school reunion that used all disposeable tableware. Great job HIE staff!

Well front desk help TAMMY was letting adults drink alcohol in the pool area while kids were in pool last time I check if kids aren’t supposed to dive or run in pool than I by is it ok to have grown adults In pool area where are the morals of safety for kids our OR Even a FAMILY atmosphere when your traveling so NEVER STAY IN SAINTJO EVER AT THE HOLIDAY IN EXPRESS OR THERE OTHER HOTELS IN AREA THATS OWNED BY HOLIDAY INN WHICH IS FAIRFIELD OR CANDLEWOOD INN We will never stay couldnt pay us to stay again with TWEEKER TAMMY Working the front desk and fire alarms went off as well malfunctioning three time within a hour DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE NOT IN SAINT JOSEPH So if we could give NO STARS we would

The breakfast selection was fantastic.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. We felt welcomed when we came and it was easy and accessible to get to our room. When we entered the room it was nice and large and easy to find the sheets for the pull out bed. There were plenty of towels and other amenities inside of the room. We were very pleased with our stay.

Had to call front desk due to cord being unplugged and couldn’t change channels. She was very helpful however she smelled our room up with smoke.

It's clean it's safe the staff is wonderful fitness room everything was great they even have washer and dryer

The hotel was very nice and in a great and safe area. Very close to Joe's coffee which was great!! The hotel staff were friendly. The only thing that we didn't like is that the floors were damp and sticky and if you walked with bare feet then you would get black feet and hair on your feet it was gross.

The breakfast was amazing. They have glass plates, bowls, coffee cups and reL silverware. The service was the best I have ever has at a Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean. We had maid service everyday. Witch is very unusual now a days. I highly recommend this hotel. This is a 10 out of 10 for me.

Charged my credit card an additional separate $3 for what I do not know.

Welcomed to the hotel and checkin was quick and easy. It just happened to be July 4th. I didnt realize that we would have front seats to fireworks but we did. We also came back from eating to find a gentleman sitting in the parking lot with a sign for parking for $20 to watch fireworks. I get they have private parking for quests. I didnt realize that they would try to profit off of free entertainment. I watched at least 3 cars leave because of this. Others paid the $20. I don't know who this gentleman was, employee, manager or owner of the hotel but thought it was rather tacky to profit from this. They could have put a sign saying private parking for guests only. Done and over if they didnt want people using their parking lot. Tacky, just tacky to profit off free entertainment on our nations birthday!
