Comfort Suites Batesville

The staff was awesome. They made accommodation for me with a room on the first floor as they website said there was room but they were overbooked. The room had this really bad smell. I bought spray but that didn't work. Because I was in town for a funeral I didn't want to complain. As I would have had to find another room so short notice.

Breakfast good, front staff excellent. Convenient to Ole Miss.

Fabulous breakfast with the kindest hostess ever.

The room needed a good cleaning. The windows were very dirty, also the sofa sleeper. The breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast. Nothing fabulous just a simple breakfast,

Had parking for truck with a trailer. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast front desk staff were great!

Our stay was good the only thing i didn't like was the wedsite said the breakfast ends at 9:30am but the women was clearing it at 9am while we was still trying to eat.

Everything was good except I had a barking dog two doors down for a bit

Overall it was a good stay. Room was clean, check-in was quick and easy. Left out Saturday morning for an hour to run to the store. When i made it back my room had been attended to, so I have no complaints.

Hotel needs a good clean, our room had a strange unpleasant smell. The noise from the room next door, singing and music playing loud at midnight was upsetting would not stay here again.

Pool was closed same as last Comfort hotel i booked through Travelocity in. The last couple of days
There is no reason why you guys should not tell me the pool is closed. I would have booked elsewhere.
This is obviously a continious problem.

Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and daily cleaning to keep it up. Mattress was worn out! Location was great, price was great. It wasn't nasty but you could tell it wasn't taken care of like it should be.

The staff was very helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean. The room was clean but had an odor light someone had been smoking in the room previously. Turning the AC on helped with the odor and cooled the room greatly. The bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable bed and good A/C. Not a fan of CF light bulbs, especially in the bathroom. Just felt a bit dark. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was average.

The hotel lobby looks like it has sustained water damage on the walls. The room was clean but the couch was very worn and rough. Overall it is due an update.
