Decent, can use some TLC
Pros:

Good location, decent hotel and no additional parking fee.

Cons:

Hotel started to age,one bed squeeked, and cleanliness wasn’t spectacular.
In front of the hotel is empty dirt land. The pool was out of order for repair or renovation.

The staff was very friendly and the location was close to all our events.

Cons:

The breakfast was minimal and unremarkable. Security is marginal and we had to completely unload our car everyday to prevent car break-ins.

It could've been better
Pros:

Breakfast and staff.

Cons:

Parking was horrible. Bed mattress was lumpy and flat. No Shampoo found that out the 1st night in the shower couldn't wash my hair til the next morning.
