It could've been better
Pros:

Breakfast and staff.

Cons:

Parking was horrible. Bed mattress was lumpy and flat. No Shampoo found that out the 1st night in the shower couldn't wash my hair til the next morning.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cold.

Cons:

The breakfast was most definitely lacking. Our room had big carpet stains in front of our 42" tv.

Cons:

Our room did not have a hair dryer and it took them 2 1/2 hrs to get one for us. Their excuse was that they did not have a key to get into housekeeping. There should be a master key. It messed up our entire plans for the day and put us 1 1/2 hrs behind schedule. Plus the shower curtain had blood/bugger stains on them which we asked to have a clean one put in and they did not even bother to do that. It was gross.
