Terrible experience – don't trust the pictures.

When we arrived, it felt like we had walked onto a construction site. There was no one at reception. There’s no elevator, and the staircase is narrow – not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind.

The first room we were given had mold on the ceiling and was leaking water. When we mentioned this, we were given another room. The receptionist didn’t seem too surprised/bothered by the issue.

The second room was slightly better, but it had ants everywhere – even crawling on the bed. It was also facing the main road, so there was a lot of noise. The beds were extremely hard, and after just two nights, we both had back pain.

To make things worse, there were exposed electrical wires hanging out of the wall next to the showerhead, apparently going into a water heater. The wires were connected with just open terminal blocks, which made the setup look extremely unsafe.

The pool area seemed abandoned – just two dirty, cheap plastic chairs surrounded by old toilet bowls. We didn’t dare get in.

We’ve stayed in other hotels in the same price range and we don't expect luxury, but this was extremely poor even by budget standards. Since we were only staying for two nights, we decided to stick it out, though we seriously considered switching hotels.

I had stayed in haleeva hotel for a night and i must say it exceeded all my expectation..the hotel location is simply unbeatable just a stone throw away from ao nang beach.. staff are warm friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect

My spouse n me Stayed here with our two kids below 10yrs for 2 nights. Room, bathroom and linen was clean.The bed was big enough to accommodate all four of us which was a big plus. We didn’t have to use the extra bed. View from the room was amazing, ask for mountain / pool facing rooms. Other rooms face the street market. AC cooling was good but takes sometime to cool the room. Shower was ok. Two water bottles, body wash soap, shampoo and towels are provided. Room has a mini fridge and a locker as well. There is a nice pool, has a deep section and a kids section. pool has shower and clean toilets as well. The view from pool is beautiful lush green mountains. We came in an hr early before std check in time, they accommodated our luggage and we had to wait till room was ready in the reception area. The street has many shops to book boat / rainforest tours and sightseeing at cheap prices, restaurants, good street food, a mosque, souvenir shops etc. There was some issue with water supply for two hrs which was restored to normal. There are small open balconies facing the street for smoking. No lifts here so higher floors may be an issue if having a lot of luggage. Overall a nice stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean budget stay and who doesn’t mind stair climbing :)

We stayed at top floor (4th) and at least that floor had problems with water. The water pressure was weak and sometimes there just wasn't any water at all. But the staff were really trying to fix the problem. I sincerely hope they succeeded.
Otherwise our room was ok.

Hotel is well located in the heart of AoNang beach and even though there is a mosque nearby, we didnt get disturbed at odd hours-probably coz my room was on the other side facing mountain. My only concern with this booking via Hotels.com is that despite paying for additional bed for the child, there was no special arrangement made or informed to the staff there. Hence we had to use King Size bed itself. Not sure if King Size bed is what was arranged by hotels.com for this stay as they charged extra for the kid's stay after mentioning the kids age during booking.

アオナンビーチへは15分程度かかるが、ツアーはホテルまでピックアップの車が来るので、不便はない。
一方で、Wi-Fiが途中できれる、シャワーのでが悪いといった施設の不便さはあるが、ホテルに重きをおかない場合は、非常に有用なホテルでもある。

The hotel looks beautiful on images at the web but they dont meet up the standards. Its very filthy. The pool is unbathable, green and oil at the bottom at the pool. And the sunshairs looks as they are going to fell apart. The area around the pool with benches is sandy and the sittingpillows dirty. It seems as this is the place the hotel has forgotten.

The reception area with the sofa also dirty, it is a hotel of the standard of backpacker hostel. If this hotel was in Europé I would have give it one star but the standard is lower in Asia. The rooms are okey, they are clean but the water in the shower is low and dripping while not in use. There is a fridge and micro to use and drapes that darkens the room completly.

There is a mosqee close by that I read people have been complaining about. I never heard a thing but I DO NOT recommend you a room to the street if you dont like noises cause the rooms are not soundproof and you wont get some sleep when high motors are driving past. The street is well trafficed and everything is also close by. About 15 minutes walk to the ocean and the boats to adventures.

The staff at the hotel are great! Very serviceminded and that is also the best with the hotel. The maids are up early so if you dont want your room cleaned directly put a sign on the door of no disturbance.

Pictures does not match the room at all! Nasty staines everywhere! Ants crawling all over the bathroom sink! Air condition dripping water making it hard to sleep at night. Loud noise from the ceiling outside making it impossible to sleep

Really liked. We stayed in low season so the noise was not a big problem. The pool doesn't look very nice but it's because the tiles are green... someone had a creative bad idea... anyway it's clean even when it looks like not.

Very nice hotel, big and comfortable room, near with the beach, friendly staff and have jacuzzi for deluxe room.

I stayed with friends for three nights in the mixed dorm. It was clean and quiet, with good storage space for luggage. The beds offered some privacy.
Staff were friendly and very helpful with organising day trips.
Just 15 minutes walk from Ao Nang Beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Highly recommend for a good night's sleep at a good price.

ห้องพักสะอาดดี แต่ปัญหาคือเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็น ถ้าช่วงเวลาบ่ายถึงเย็น เมื่อห้องโดนแดดจะร้อนมาก นี่ไม่ใช่เฉพาะห้องผม ห้องเพื่อนที่ไปก็ร้อนจนต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้อง

Pieni vähän rähjäinen mutta suhteellisen siisti hotelli ihan ookoo-paikalla (kävelymatka rantaan ja ravintolat lähellä ). Ehkä lähellä oleva moskeija hieman häiritsi, muutamana aamuna heräsimme aamuviideltä rukouskutsuun. Myöskin heräsimme pari kertaa kun ilmastointilaite alkoi pitää hirveää ääntä ja lorisuttaa vettä, onneksi ei sattunut olemaan kamera tms. vesisuihkun alla. Pitkä miinus siitä että Wi-Fi ei toiminut huoneessa, ainoastaan aulassa ja jonkun verran altaalla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä !

Huone oli tilava ja iso, sekä siisti muuten, mutta lattialla ja seinillä meni jotai pieniä ötököitä. Näytti vähän bananikärpäsen tyyppisiltä, mut se ei ainakaan meitä haitannut yhtää. Ei hissiä, joka oli kipeytyneen jalan kanssa pieni ongelma. Henkilökunta kantoi kyllä laukut huoneeseen ja halutessaan sieltä myös pois, joten ei ongelmaa sen suhteen. Receptionissa puhutaan yllättävän huonoa englantia, joten välillä kielimuuri oli ongelma, mutta todella ystävällinen palvelu muuten. Ei aamiaista.

Hat alles super funktioniert, check in, Service und auch check out. Man läuft halt 15 Minuten zum Strand, wenn man zu geizig für einen Roller ist. Am Strand haben uns die uralten Longtailboote sehr genervt, sie fahren unentwegt los, od kommen an. Den ungeheueren Krach kann man auch im letzten Winkel vom Strand noch hören. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Wir hatten die besseren Zimmer mit Wohn u. Schlafzimmer mit großer Badewanne am Balkon. Preis/Leistung absolut top! Wenn die Situation am Strand nicht wäre, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen.
