Front desk staff knew multiple languages (several spoke English like a native language), the check in area was spacious and comfortable, front desk staff anticipated needs before I even spoke, luggage locker check in area was spacious and easy, cleaning was phenomenally well done, beds were like brand new and comfortable, bathrobes were thick and cozy, water pressure was excellent with beautiful, modern bathrooms, room size was luxurious, views were gorgeous, hotel atmosphere was calm and restful, and proximity to attractions perfect. Next visit, I will check first if the hotel has rooms before booking my flight. Please congratulate your incredible staff.
I didnt like having to leave, lol. I wish I could stay longer. Also, I wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant, but it didnt serve Korean food.
The hotel boasts brand-new facilities and a minimalist yet elegant style, with stunning sea views. There is a convenience store right downstairs, making it very convenient for daily needs. The front desk and restaurant staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making for a truly pleasant stay.

Great view of ocean and bridge from the room and a good size room. Staff very helpful. Good cafe on site and handy store. A bit of a walk to main areas but we like walking- and lovely coastal walks in both directions.
Was noisy due to traffic on bridge.
Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. One of the male concierge was able to help me plan a whole day of activities without needing to book an expensive tour. Located in a quiet part of Gwangalli but still a 20min walk from the beach. Rooms were very good size and spacious bathroom too. Extremely good value for money, no idea why it’s only 3 star, hopefully price doesn’t increase. View from the bedroom was amazing if you book a sea view room.

Public transportation in the vicinity of the hotel is a bit limited.

The location is great! You can see the sea from the window. The bed is suuuuper comfy! The shower is big and well maintained. Planty of space to put stuff in!
