The hotel is quite new - I liked the building and the room. The bed was very comfortable.

The location worked well for us, although we mostly got around by taxi rather than public transportation.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service

We had a great stay at AG405 Hotel in Busan. We were group of 18. Even though it was just a short one-night stay, everything exceeded our expectations. We checked in late at night and checked out very early the next morning, but the process was smooth and hassle-free.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Facilities were good, and the overall environment felt very welcoming. The location was also convenient and easy to access.

What truly stood out was their service. After we checked out, the hotel took the initiative to email us about items left behind in our rooms, complete with photos. This level of honesty, attention to detail, and care is very much appreciated and shows their professionalism.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Incredible! Everything was truly perfect. The kind staff, the big and clean room, amazing views, comfortable bed, clean and artsy hotel. Spacious and clean bathroom. Great restaurant and cafe with again, kind staff. Great location for exploring all of Busan. I’m actually surprised the hotel doesn’t have more than 3 stars. It deserves at least 4 stars!

Front desk staff knew multiple languages (several spoke English like a native language), the check in area was spacious and comfortable, front desk staff anticipated needs before I even spoke, luggage locker check in area was spacious and easy, cleaning was phenomenally well done, beds were like brand new and comfortable, bathrobes were thick and cozy, water pressure was excellent with beautiful, modern bathrooms, room size was luxurious, views were gorgeous, hotel atmosphere was calm and restful, and proximity to attractions perfect. Next visit, I will check first if the hotel has rooms before booking my flight. Please congratulate your incredible staff.

The hotel boasts brand-new facilities and a minimalist yet elegant style, with stunning sea views. There is a convenience store right downstairs, making it very convenient for daily needs. The front desk and restaurant staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making for a truly pleasant stay.
