Ubicación perfecta, instalaciones perfectas, empleados motivados.
Cons:

La APP de check-in es complicada y hace dificil que la persona gestora haga el check-in por el resto de las personas. No es aceptable que cada persona deba hacer su propio check-in.
Tambien resultava dificil el check-in automàtico en el hall.
Seria muy interesante poder dejar y recoger la maleta fuera de horarios.

we liked the location, the area was quiet and comfortable. liked the space, high ceiling, good mattresses. the staff quickly solved any problems that arose

Cons:

when washing dishes or washing hands in the kitchen area everything was in water no matter how neatly we washed. also in the bathroom there was some mold on the tiles so we used slippers

Well appointed apartment
Pros:

The apartment was very well appointed with a hairdryer, maiden, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and lockers.

A great location and customer service place
Pros:

We went with family. Reception clerk Iria Estrada was great and help us on everything. Our van did not fit their parking lot and she suggested a near public parking. Place was between Atocha and Reina Sofia and it was walking distance from El Prado too.

Great base for sightseeing
Pros:

The staff was incredibly polite and definitely a major highlight of our stay. The location is also fantastic—it makes sightseeing so easy because everything is close by, allowing you to easily explore the whole city. On top of that, everything was clean.

Cons:

The extra sofa bed was flimsy, loud, stained, and incredibly hard to sleep on.
The pool area looks much better in photos. But for us, the main issue was the opening hours. It closes early, at 8 PM and opens at 10am, meaning you completely miss the chance to unwind there after a full day of exploring the city. Also, when I actually went there before 8 pm, it was already closed and covered up.

Tutto ok!
Pros:

L’appartamento è carino e pulito, il personale molto disponibile ,anche la posizione non è male.

Cons:

Purtroppo nel bagno c’era sempre cattivo odore di scarico,secondo la mia esperienza ho notato che negli scarichi mancano i sifoni. Se mettono i sifoni risolvono il problema.
