Pros:

Location is great central on soi 11 very close to amenities, the young lady at reception was exceptional, very nice warm welcome and went above and beyond carrying bags to taxi etc amazing, budget hotel good, some areas could be improved but definitely worth the money

Horrible experience!!!! Cocroaches all over the place!!!

It was in sukhumvit 11 near 7/11, bts, food available 24/24

Cons:

The room was full of cocroaches!!! When i say full, i really mean it!! Tiny cocroaches all over the room. The bathroom and the toilet was togther no separation. If one person was showering, another person would not be able to use the toilet because all the water goes onto the toilet. It was disgusting! On the 2nd day we couldn't take it anymore and we asked for refund, they changed our room to a family one. This one , was clean with much less cocroaches. We spotted a few ones though.. and when you would shower the water would come out into the other room through the tiles.. i would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.. even though the staff were friendly. It not worth the money!!!
