Travello Hotel Manado

Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka.
kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.

Nggak ada kolam, terus mahal

I made a booking for a 3 night stay at Travello.

Hotel service:
We're served with melon drinks the moment we got in. Service was warm and friendly. The hotel staff remembered us clearly. We made a request for a high storey room and the hotel staff aceeded to our request.

Hotel condition:
There were basic "must-have" in the room, like a flat screen TV, a study desk, open wardrobe, a mini bar with a water booiler, a safe and a private toilet.

Room cleanliness:
Room service was prompt and the staff did mantain the cleanliness of the room in great order. The toilet walls however could use a proper cleaning, but apart from there, everything is in great living condition.

Breakfast buffet:
Breakfast buffet was Halal, a plus point. there were varities to choose from: like cereals, main dishes, bread and also porridge.

Neighbourhood:
Eventhough we requested for a high floor, the surrounding view wasn't that much impressive. The surrounding neighbourhood were old houses and a few buldings. But it wasn't as bad. We could still see the see a distant away. But a taxi stand is nearby.

Overall:
Hotel service is great. Check-in and out was a breeze. Room was in tip-top condition. breakfast was pleasant. And overall, it made our trip rather comforting and memorable.

Not a bad place at all, but nothing special. Caters more to Indonesian business travelers. Staff were friendly enough but English was limited and they were not very aware of tourism questions. They seemed unsure of what to do with a Hotels.com reservation when we arrived but eventually straightened it out. Room was comfortable with strong AC, good bed, and satellite TV with a few English-language channels. Included breakfast was plentiful and tasty - Indonesian style which was great for us. Location is good near ATMs, restaurants, and shopping. We'd stay again.
