There is a free shuttle service from Kintetsu Line Kashikojima Station to the hotel. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Alternatively, guests can take the marine taxi at an extra cost and enjoy views over Ago Bay as you make way to the property. The taxi however can only be reserved for 2 guests or more. The maximum number of guests the taxi can hold is 11. A reservation must be made at least 1 day before the check-in day.

Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Children 2 years and under can stay in existing beds. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel, we loved hiking around and discover new trails and beaches. The kids loved the nightly bonfire and marshmallow.

値段相応、もしくはそれ以上の快適な時間を過ごせたと思います。
Pros:

フロント入口は遠目から見ても綺麗。
荷物をフロントから部屋まで運んでいただける。
部屋は最低グレードでも広く、ベッド＋大人2人がくつろげるソファーがある。
風呂トイレも綺麗ですっきりとした印象。
館内レストランではスタッフの方々の愛想もよく、とても気が利くなと感じました。

Cons:

ブッキングドットコム経由での連絡だからかどうかはわかりませんが、少し返信が遅いような気がします。
日にちギリギリで連絡をするこちらも問題ではありますがね。

Pros:

Super große Anlage mit Strand (schwimmen ist nicht erlaubt). Drei verschiedene Onsen. Sehr gutes und großes Frühstücksbuffet, stellt schon fast das Abendessen in den Schatten. Zimmer gemütlich, das Bett sauber.

Cons:

Für eine professionelle Urlaubsanlage mit gehobenem Restaurant, wäre etwas mehr Englischkenntnisse vom Personal wünschenswert. Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal ist schwer, beim Abendessen wird den japanischen Gästen das servierte Essen erklärt, und bei mir wurde an einem Abend gar nichts gesagt. Das Essen hingestellt und gegangen. Getränke sind beim Abendessen nicht inkludiert, auch für die meisten Aktivitäten muss man extra bezahlen. Lagerfeuer am Abend findet um 20:00 statt, wenn man 7 Minuten zu früh ankommt, ist das Personal nicht einmal bemüht oder unfähig zu sagen "bitte nehmen sie Platz und warten sie kurz". Das einzige ist wiederholt auf die Uhr zu schauen und "too early" zu sagen.

Pros:

鶯など鳥達の囀りが聞こえて自然を満喫でき部屋も綺麗で清掃も行き届いてる。またスタッフの対応も良い。

Cons:

トイレの便器タンクへの水の供給が非常に遅く連続で流せない。
上階の廊下を歩く音が聞こえ、隣りの部屋のドアの開閉音もよく聞こえる。

ロビーや部屋が落ち着く雰囲気。
部屋のシャワー•ドライヤーがリファ。
大浴場が3種の湯を楽しめるところがよかったです。

Cons:

チェックイン後、ソファベッドのお布団を準備してくださりその際クッションをベッド下へ。ベッド下もおそらく綺麗にされてると思いますが、ちょっと気になってしまいました。
