Overall it was a good place to short staying. One matter we met was it said the hotel is non smoking rooms, and we still find a room with a cigarette smoke smell

Good location, enjoyable stay and friendly staff!
Pros:

It was a great stay, the staff when i checked in was friendly and nice. The room is okay, however several recommendations might help them to perform better. Ex: the shower needs to be fixed bcs the pressure of the water is quite slow, the window of my room need to be fixed as well because it was not closed properly. However i have an enjoyable stay there, with the money i paid, it’s totally worth the price and also the breakfast was good! Could be better if they ensure its still warm and nice.

Hotelnya nyaman, makannanya enak2 banget, tidur nyaman, kemana2 deket tp sayang saya dapet kamar yg showernya rusak(tp Itu cuma Kendala kecil) dibanding servicenya yg OK dimana barang saya ada yg tinggal dan baru diambil 2hari berikutnya tp masih Ada bahkan sudah bersih,thx bgt hotel mmugm

Great budget hotel. Small bathroom but clean. Nice bed and breakfast. The staffs were nice and helpfull. If you need a place around Gajah Mada or Yogyakarta University this is recommended

Pros:

Very nice hotel and very nice room. Unfortunatelly arrived at 5am because i could not book a flight and took a train instead. Called the hotel and asked for pickup, and they declined what was the only really big negative impression.
