Just a lovely place to stay.
Pros:

The staff are lovely,the place is spotless. The breakfasts are very good. Beautifully cooked. Same goes for dinner. We’ve not tried lunch yet. Although we’ve stayed a few times..Usually in the spring and autumn when Southwold isn't too busy.

Pros:

Great location 15” drive to Southwold seafront. Shame the weather wasn’t very welcoming. Good dining experience both breakfast and dinner, attentive staff. Clean well maintained hotel.

Cons:

If you’re a little advanced in years you may wish to request a room on the lower floor.

Well run, warm, clean, food very good. Would definitely stay again.

Book a larger room next time,, a little further to walk to the town than we realised but not enough to spoil our visit.
