O único problema foi o frigobar que não descongelaram , aí não tinha como colocar nada no freezer

Otima acomodação e atenção especial
Pros:

Minha estadia foi excelente, minha família adorou, principalmente meus filhos. Tudo bem limpinho e as pessoas bastante educadas alem da atenção especial aos meus filhos durante as brincadeiras proximas as piscinas. Fiquei bastante tranquila mesmo eu não estando perto deles.

Pros:

Péssimo hotel. Roupas de cama sujas de sangue. Um absurdo!!! Falta de comprometimento com hóspedes. Falta de respeito não cuidar para receber os hóspedes. Péssimo!!!

Pros:

Precisam melhorar a pontualidade do check-in, mais de uma hora pra entrarmos pro quarto. Sabemos que a entrada é a partir das 14h, mas como eu estava de carro resolvi já ir pro hotel e chegamos por volta de meio dia e meio e só conseguimos entrar às 15h. Eu estava com meu filho, estava tranquilo, mas fico imaginando pessoas idosas ou com alguma deficiência ficarem esperando por um longo período. Um outro detalhe foi que no dia do check-out fui na recepção pedir uma hora de tolerância e me foi negado. Ainda bem que tinha o contato da proprietária do quarto que me atendeu prontamente, e novamente agradeço pela gentileza. E no mais foi uma experiência ótima, principalmente para o meu filho que aproveitou muito mesmo, a área de recreação é incrível pra criançada. O quarto que fiquei foi o 169 e estava tudo perfeito, tirando os pernilongos rsrs, mas isso é normal para beira mar. Ar condicionado gelando perfeitamente, sauna excelente, limpeza diária dos quartos e também das áreas comuns, mas fica impossível ficar 100% limpo, são 245 apartamentos e muita gente circulando. Voltaria com certeza.
