I liked that there is a doorman, bellman, easy check-in, welcome drink and close to convenience stores, pharmacy, eateries and laundromat. Option for 3 in a room. Bottled water (though just 1) provided. Soap has a nice herbal scent. General cleanliness is maintained. Electric kettle provided. Room for 2 was roomier.

Cons:

Cockroach in room, bidet and shower not spraying as it should(only one side), sink water gushed to the floor, small and very tight floor space, door alarm sounded too easily, drainage of shower poorly planned, cupboard space too short to hang clothes.

Pros:

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay.

Whenever we faced any issues, they handled and resolved them very quickly. My kids accidentally threw up on the bed, and the housekeeping team promptly replaced the bedding without any hassle. We also had a problem with the shower, and after reporting it, the maintenance team fixed it promptly.

The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Overall, excellent service and great hospitality. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
