Everything was fine, you get what you pay for
Clean, comfortable budget hotel
Lack of sleep. Our room was right at the end of the building and backed on to a club/pub. Very loud music til about 2.30am. Only stayed over in Edinburgh to save getting up very early for an early train. Could saved ourselves the money.

Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la sua posizione: centralissima per visitare la città a piedi. Il personale è molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. Le camere sono pulite e ben riscaldate, non enormi, ma con tutto l’essenziale per un buon soggiorno. Presenza di bollitore in camera e refill di tisane/ tè qualora vengano finite.
Uniche pecche: il bagnoschiuma terminato nella doccia non è stato ricaricato e c’erano solo due asciugamani grandi per la doccia (senza la coppia per mani/viso)

The location and the ever smiling helpful staff were the highlights of our stay.
Being on the main Street the wails of the sirens and of people arguing on the streets was a let down
Staff were excellent, we spoke to several members, including restaurant staff, and they all gave excellent customer service... some of the best seen. The property was accommodating about luggage storage on both check in and check out. Location was just far enough away from the main centre, but was in walking distance of all attractions. very convenient for the train station. Room was a good size and had all amenities needed, it was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was spotless, beds very comfortable.
We had to go and collect luggage at 9pm, and the road running up to the hotel was a little unnerving, but this is not the hotel's fault.
