Car parking desaster! Before arrival I contacted the hotel and asked about car parking advise. On the German hotel website there was clearly written „free outside parking“ - and that was why I booked that hotel. In response I was told that I have to park at a recommended nearby public 24/7 parking garage and I have to pay for it! What a surprise …
When I arrived shortly after midnight and drove to the parking garage nearby, it was totally closed - all shutters were down and I couldn’t park my car. Back to the hotel - it was meanwhile 01:00 - the receptionist tried to help but it took many phone calls and another long hour (after an already long flight) that I could go back to the parking garage an park my car. At then end it was 02:30 when I could go to bed …
When I wanted the get back my car for the garage, there was a hand written sign „no credit card, cash only“ - but I didn’t have cash with me, trusting it would work as promoted …
Long story short, it was a really bad experience!

Horrible bfast only the yogurt fruits French bread and the cheese’s hash brown was decent croissants were good scramble eggs was not good I did
Not try the bacon and sausage coffee was just ok
Otherwise location is perfect to walk to the major attractions

En général, l'hébergement fut très agréable, l'emplacement est définitivement le point majeur et l'écoute puis l'attention du personnel de l'établissement. Lisa a été particulièrement aidante, souriante et gentille.
Toilette n'a pas de ventilateur extracteur d'air humide et d'odeur. Lorsqu'on va aux toilettes on entend tout, on sent tout et la chaleur et le taux d'humidité augmente très rapidement dans la petite toilette lorsque qu'on prend une douche. Il y a un espace de 50mm (2po) sous la porte qui est sensé aidé mais qui nuit plus qu'autrement. L'interrupteur extérieur de la toilette fait en sorte qu'on réveille les autres dans la chambre lorsqu'on va aux toilettes la nuit. Il manque aussi d'espace au sec (un tablette où l'eau du robinet n'éclaboussera pas sur la surface) pour y déposer des vêtements sec et propre pour se changer. Manque de crochets dans la toilette et la chambre pour y suspendre des trucs (petit sac, chapeau/casquette, gilet, etc.) et/ou d'autres types de vêtements.
