The staff were all very pleasant, ceerful and helpful; the breakfast was excellent, and good value for money; the room was clean and comfortable; and the location was excellent, right in the middle of everything.

Located just off the mile the hotel is easily found. check-in and luggage storage was seamless and the staff were available to help with local recommendations. The on-premise bar and restaurant offered last resort options when the mile got overrun by other tourists
The room and bedding smelt damp as if it was either not washed properly or not dried properly. Reminded me of those terrible youth hostel days.
Un poco lio la ubicacion, y la distribucion de la habitaciones, pero nada, que no se pueda arreglar , con la amabilidad del personal de recepcion.La habitacion, no la ha limpiado, durante toda la estancia, y el cuarto de baño(por llamarlo asi), esta anticuado, y con muchos desperfectos, Hay que cuidar más al cliente,Creo que en España, este hotel tendria 2 estrellas ó menos. Las dos unicas cosas destacables, el trato del personal y el Buffet.

2.沒有提供浴室地墊，兩個人入住只有提供兩條大毛巾跟一條小毛巾，還要去櫃檯要，大部分旅館都是兩大兩小
3. 房間沒電話聯絡櫃檯
4. 兩張單人床的床單都有小小的污點，像是血跡
