Good value for money
Pros:

It was a good value for money hotel. It had several saunas and a swimming pool. The room was a good size. The breakfast was a good selection. Walkable distance to the gondola. All was fine.

Cons:

Some areas like pool may seem to a bit out of date but it had no impact on our stay. Breakfast was not always filled quickly and needed to wait a bit.

Great find in Bansko, highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel was so lovely. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the mountains. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a wide selection of food. The Spa was amazing. 10/10 I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Прекрасное расположение в центре, большая парковка, все магазины и рестораны в шаговой доступности, достаточно чисто, теплые номера

Cons:

Очень бедный завтрак, все очень однообразно и скудно, номера требуют ремонта и реновации, шумоизоляция очень плохая, персонал не очень отзывчивый , в номере не все работало: сейф, холодильник, один светильник. В целом чисто, что было плюсом , спа также требует ремонта

Temizlik çok kötü. Banyoda yerde bir sürü kıl vardı. Eski bir otel odalar kötü. Yatak rahatsız. Resepsiyondaki görevliler ilgisiz. Kahvaltı berbat. Akşam yemeği parası ödedik ve hiç yemedik rezalet bir otel. Nasıl bu kadar yüksek puan almış anlamadım.

Приятное место, но за такую цену можно предоставить услуги повыше качества!
Pros:

Понравилось местоположение , мы не первый раз в Банско и специально выбрали именно эту улицу.
Наличие бассейна и саун.

Cons:

В ресторане ужасная кофемашина, которая не из зерен делала напитки, а из порошковых напитков и постоянно ломалась!
В нашем 104 на первом этаже очень сильная слышимость, может так во всех номерах, а может и нет. И меня с ребенком могли бы поселить на этаж повыше, подальше от шума в холле или на этаже подальше по коридору. Нам слышно было всех кто ходил в о еле и телевизор в соседнем номере, это очень мешало!

Pros:

Hotelul este aproape de centrul stațiunii. La aproximativ 500 m de gondola.

Cons:

Probabil că a fost de 4 stele acum mult timp, când a fost construit. Acum este, în cel mai bun caz de 3. Mobilierul e vechi, în camera era un miros ciudat, micul dejun a fost același in 4 zile. Piscina e relativ ok, dar are nevoie de reparații punctuale.
