Jestem Bardzo zadowolony z pobytu
Pros:

Pobyt poza sezonem i obłożenie obiektu było niskie, więc strefa Spa była nieobciążona. Pobyt był związany z nartami, więc po nartach Spa było rewelacyjne. Korzystaliśmy z obiadokolacji, które były bardzo smaczne i obfite (kuchnia bułgarska). Obiekt warty polecenia. Obsługa miła. Położenie blisko centrum i wszystkich rozrywek Bańsko.

The location was decent, about a 10-minute walk to the gondola.
Free parking is available right next to the hotel.
The room had a very nice balcony.
The hotel was very clean.
The staff were attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Walking to the gondola in ski boots is quite difficult.
Breakfast was average, and the coffee was very poor (only instant Nescafé from a machine).
The room was extremely small — after opening two suitcases, there was barely any space left.
The refrigerator in the room was not working.
There was no kettle or any facility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Pros:

Pool and sauna are are nice addition. Room was spacious and communal areas clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. No bar and atmosphere pretty flat. Beds were uncomfortable and duvets thin. Sheets were not changed once during our week stay.

Good value for money
Pros:

It was a good value for money hotel. It had several saunas and a swimming pool. The room was a good size. The breakfast was a good selection. Walkable distance to the gondola. All was fine.

Cons:

Some areas like pool may seem to a bit out of date but it had no impact on our stay. Breakfast was not always filled quickly and needed to wait a bit.
