The rooms are old. They smell. The bathroom are dirty.

Pool unclean.

Please do yourself a favour and remove this property from your listings! They provide nothing that they advertise on here! I’d much rather pack a tent and stay in there on my holiday than stay there again. As a travelling musician I have stayed in some shady places all around the world but this place takes the championship by far!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Absolutely digusting place First they had no knowledge of my booking already paid . They showed me the room sunk very musky. The pool had brocken and missing tiles , there was only 1 longe to lay on around the pool which had no cushions

スタッフもよく気が効くし、対応もとても良かった。
部屋は全て室内なので、日に焼けたくない方にはおすすめです。小さいプールも余り陽が当たらないので、水は冷たくて気持ちが良かった。

ビーチまで徒歩５分。MATAHARIまでも同様。また、レギャン通りまでもすぐで、とても立地の良い場所。
建物は古めだが、プールもあり、エアコンやテレビなどの設備は十分。部屋によっては浴室の配水口からゴキブリがコンニチハする事もあるが、値段相応かそれ以上だと思う。
スタッフは、こちらから何か言わなければ、話し掛けてくることもなく、大人しい。

We stayed in the Deluxe room that we stayed in last year. It's literally 280m to the beachfront. Everything worked fine for the price. When we noticed the pool was getting dirty, 48 hours later it was cleaned and good. If you ask very politely it takes about 24 hours to fix a problem. The staff's English isn't great. It's quiet and a good low budget hotel very close to the beach. There's only one old sun lounge. The breakfast lady at the small front shop was very nice. You can order breakfast from the reception and she prepares it. Be sure to request a hot water kettle. A polite request and a big smile goes a long way in Bali. The location is super central. You are within walking distance of loads of stuff including Poppies 1, Bemo Corner and Matahari supermarket. We stay here because it's very cheap and the location is superb. Because it was so cheap, we could go to Ubud and Nusa Lembongan for a few nights each while leaving most of our things in our room at Kodja. The room had a good 32 inch TV (we use our own portable DVD player with it because their aren't any English channels). The air conditioner works well. The king size bed is comfortable. We'll be coming back again next year.

This place is very run down. Pool water was green, room was dirty, dead bugs on floor, bathtub bottom was damaged and had rust shards sticking up. Turned on water to rinse our feet and water was brown and water did not drained. Luckily we only were there a few hours before our flight home. Would not recommend.

The overall was excellent experience, the price was cheap and close to Kuta beach.

サーフィンする為に1週間泊まりました。
クタビーチ まで問題なく歩いて行ける距離にあり、コンビニ、ランドリー 、食事、両替何でも近くにあり場所は最高に良い‼︎
それに街中なのにとても静か‼︎
地元のバリニーズが部屋に遊びに来たが静かで昔のバリを思い出すと言ってた。
コテージみたいになっている為、隣を気にする事もなく落ちつけた。

深夜にチェックインしたがスタッフも対応してくれたし、帰りの空港送迎もサーフボードがありタクシーが使えなかったがスタッフが用意してくれて、しかも値段も安く、大変助かった。
部屋は古いがサーフィンする為、多少汚れるので気を使うことがなかった。
古いのだけ大丈夫であれば是非オススメ‼︎
夜に少し部屋にいて、寝るだけで日中は部屋にいない為、寝るだけで良いなら全く問題ないです。

値段を抑えたい場合などは良いです。
この価格でこの場所なら、また利用はします。
プールの水もキレイでロケーションもバリ島らしく良いよ‼︎
口コミを見て多少不安はあったが、全然問題なくすごせました。

It's older and getting run down but good value. Do your self a favour and book the bungalow room.

ビーチへの近さはさすがに良いです。レストランやショッピング行くなどロケーションは素晴らしいですね。設備の手直しが必要ですね。

Good hotel with friendly staff, rooms comfortable. No English TV channels. Very good location with a pool. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

For $25 Aus a night, we only stored our luggage before our flight... would not recommend staying there as bathroom was unusable!!!

It was run down needs to be up dated rooms where small wasn't given towels

I like Bali, and hotel that I stay also nice. It's silent and have swimming pool too. Price not so expensive and staffs are all friendly. I wish I can go there soon again l.
