The room is toooooooo SMALL. Hard to pack im stuff. I can even open my luaggage .. i brought 2luaggae and i dont have space to unpack and pack my stuff. I have to take out room’s chair out of my room just to unpack and pack my stuff. Water pressure is too low. Aircondition is not cold

Lokasinya persis ditengah Braga yang banyak kafe-kafe dan restaurant. Staf sangat helpful dan ramah.

Cons:

Saat saya kesana rupanya hotel sedang proses renovasi, sehingga menurut saya debu ada dikarpet2 kamar. Dan ada kendala pada filter air. Semoga setelah proses renovasi, semua kamar sudah dalam kondisi baik dan bersih.

Bad at cleanliness

Cons:

Cleanliness. The hotel is very bad. Very dirty. I paid over RM800 plus and get the very dirty room (floor, toilet and all furniture. I check out early and find another hotel after one day of bad experience.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and the view was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and quick to respond whenever we needed something. Highly recommended!
