Pros:

The location - near to an old mall with Giant in it.
The price for the stay, good for those who are out and about and looking for a place to sleep not minding the size etc. free parking for guest. Friendly and helpful staff.

good water pressure and easy for parking. have a restaurant beside the hotel that serve good foods
