Good to excellent so far... Budget friendly
Pros:

Clean and tidy room
24 hours open
Very approachable staff
Sufficient supply of water in bathroom/comfort room
Very accessible location in boracay spots.

Cons:

A little bit of improvement in windows where the AC is located, when it rains the water comes inside...

was overbooked, put me into another hotel, no wifi, dirty looking towels
Pros:

staff was nice but that was about it. actually they weren't even the staff from the hotel i overpaid for. never responded to my email about the wifi not working.

Cons:

get wifi. get cleaner towels. get that doesnt feel like you're sleeping on concrete.

It was a convenient location

Cons:

Rats constantly running around and digging in the ceiling. The toilet lid with brown stains all over it. The toilet wouldn't flush because the chain was too long, connecting the toilet flush button and the plastic arm that raises up the stopper to allow it to flush. I told the staff and they didn't fix it. The staff was very nice but the hotel is a dump. I requested a microwave before I arrived. I got an email saying it would be provided at no extra cost. When I arrived, I was told they have no microwaves.

Nice stay in Bora hotel!

Decent hotel in the middle of the action
Pros:

For the price, Bora Sky Hotel isn't a bad option, with it being on the main strip there is a bit of problem with noise coming from outside. The facilities are showing their age as well, but the staff do manage to keep your room clean and comfy.

일단 호텔내부가 상상외로 너무 허잡함..침대 싱글2개를 붙여 디럭스 더블배드라 하구
잠자다가 허리통증으로 일어나보면 배드씨트가 버러져 틈이 생겨 갈라지니까 당연히
허리통증으로 더이상 수면 불가하였음..
실내에는 어느 시설물들도 비치되 있지 않음.(심지어 양치때 쓸수있는 컵하나조차 없음.
직원들의 친절함으로 간신히 인내하고 귀국하였음..

Compare to the pictures hotel was intire diffremt ,
They should mention no view ,
It was behind the beach at the road.
Door closes very slow, shower is old fashion ,
Breakfast very very sad.
Balcony is of no use .
Over all poor .
