Pros:

Lage zur Köln Arena war recht zentral.
Personal alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück haben wir nachgebucht, war sehr vielseitig und lecker, gerne hätten wir in einer größeren Gruppe gefrühstückt, aber leider gab es keine Tische für mehrere Personen.

Pros:

Fijne bedden, goed ontbijt en een goede locatie

Cons:

Alleen bij het uitchecken werd ik genegeerd door de baliemedewerker. Terwijl ik alleen een pasje hoefde in te leveren. Ik had hem bijna voor zijn neus neergelegd en wilde al weglopen toen hij uiteindelijk tijd had om het pasje aan te nemen.

Bequeme Unterkunft mit hohem Standard, guter Einbindung ins Zentrum und zuvorkommendem Personal.
Pros:

Angenehmes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer und sehr gute Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Mediapark. Eine spätere Anreise wegen starkem Verkehr war kein Problem.

Cons:

Keine Kritikpunkte vorhanden.

Dichtbij de kliniek waar ik geopereerd werd. Lekker bed en lekkere douche. Schoon ook.

Cons:

Wifi deed het niet. Ook is er niks te eten in het hotel (behalve een zakje chips/reep chocola) zoals een snackkaart of diner/lunch
